Just walked out of this location a few minutes ago. Around d 2:45pm on a Sunday. Ordered 5 meals and showed the qr code for $5 off of $20 or more. Their scanner didn't work. She was able to scan the code with the 2nd register but we were not using that register. The cashier asked for help from co-workers, they said the scanner was broken and they can not honor the coupon in the app. I asked them to check with the manager. The manager said they can not honor the coupon when the scanner is broken. Our order was over $60 bucks, they were already working on it and my family of 5 cancelled the order and walked out. I have been to other Arby's locations that have a broken scanner and I have received ideal customer service at those other locations when faced with this issue. The sandwich didn't have onion rings or cheese. So I went inside to get a new sandwich more like the one I asked for and the two girls working that night argued with me and didn't wanna make me a new sandwich, but then they called the manager Brittany and I asked her very nicely to make me a new sandwich and she said no problem. She went herself and made me a beautiful new sandwich and I checked it again and it was perfect. Read moreI have been coming to this Arbys for years my family and church members. Out of all the years this new general manager is the worst I have seen there. I don't know who his boss is, but I own a business. I would be investigating this city because the other Arbys is bad too. What has happen within a couple of months that y'all cant see a big difference on how it is being ran. But that just let customers know it's all about money not your customers. I would be begging my old crew to come back. This store is ridiculous. The general manager does not know what he is doing. And apparently his boss don't either.
