McDonald's — Restaurant in Valparaiso

Went through drive-through this morning. Only ordered Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. I paid, next window they asked for me to pull forward saying they were waiting on hash browns. Okay I get that. Received the bag, drove to work to eat. Open bag, no syrup. I called business and spoke to manager. Explained the situation and just suggested that she makes sure her staff checks the orders. Manager proceeded to say that they did not have an order go out this morning with just a big breakfast w/hotcakes. I said, well I was just there 10 minutes earlier and thats what I ordered. She then asked if I was "sure" that was the only thing I ordered saying she was the one bagging the orders and she didn;t have an order go out with just a big breakfast w/hotcakes. I asked, "what do you mean am I sure, I know what I ordered". She again asked with "pancakes". I replied" Yea I'm sitting here looking at them with no syrup. her reply was, "okay I will check on that". So I asked, check on what? She says she was going to check on the orders that went out. I was stunned at her reply. I tell her, "I know what I ordered, at least say you are sorry that happened". She replied, "I'm sorry... bye". What a joke. I didn't raise my voice, I didn't ask for anything free, all I say was she might want to speak to her staff. To argue what I ordered is a joke. I get things happen, but to argue what I just ordered. They say the dining room is limited hours, I know for sure every McDonald’s I know of right now and the Porter County area opens up at 7 AM/7:30 AM I went to this McDonald’s at 8:30 AM and all the doors are locked yet I seen people sitting down inside ED, I am seeing a lot of people saying they choose to go inside on these reviews instead of waiting in line I’m pretty sure they’re just a workers leaving those reviews I am not sure, but the way they talk it seems like it’s all written out the food is not good not fresh even when I asked for certain things to not be on a burger which means they have to make it a certain way and fresh again was not fresh ice in the impression of the things they took off from the old burger as well and then above all that they have only one lane open claiming that the other one speaker is not working but when somebody pull up to it before the cones were down they came over this week and then cut...

Spent over $30 just to get home to a rubbery chicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger that must have sat under a heat lamp this morning. I spoke with Nicole who told me bring the food back in and she would remake it. That’s cool but the fact you were ok letting this go out the door in the first place speaks volumes about the management and their teams lack of desire to put out a good product. Fast food doesn’t have to be trash food. So upon return to get a remade sandwich I was told she would not replace my sandwich. She said it was almost half eaten. Granted I had to take a couple bites to even realize the sandwich was trash. Then I spit it back in the bag. So technically there was more than half. She then refused to give me her managers name or number, told me to look corporates number up online, and stated she did not know who the franchise owner is.
