THESE ARE THE 4 GROUP ORDERS PLACED FOR THIS PAST SATURDAY AND SUNDAY THAT WERE CANCELLED BY THE STORE. BASICALLY PULLING THE RUG OUT FROM UNDER ME ON A VERY BUSY AND STRESSFUL WEEKEND RUNNING AN EVENT.
WE FOLLOWED ALL OF THE RULES AND PUT IN THE SANDWICH ORDERS FOR INDIVIDUALS VIA EMAIL ADDRESSES ADDED. THE REASON 2ND ORDERS WERE ADDED WAS THAT OTHER ATTENDEES GOT BACK TO ME LATER AND I NEEDED TO CREATE ANOTHER GROUP ORDER FOR EACH DAY.
NOW AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE BETWEEN THE TWO ORDERS FOR EACH DAY WE'RE MAYBE TALKING 15 SANDWICHES MAX.
I WAS CALLED FRIDAY EVENING TO CONFIRM THE ORDERS WERE "GOOD TO GO" OR "REAL". I CALLED BACK, I TEXTED BACK TO CONFIRM, "YES". THE NEXT DAY SATURDAY, THE DAY OF THE EVENT, I GET A CALL FROM A WOMAN AT THE STORE WHERE THE ORDERS WERE PLACED. SHE IMMEDIATELY CAME OFF FRUSTRATED, UPSET, AND TELLING ME THAT SHE WONT BE ABLE TO FULFILL THE ORDER UNLESS WE COME "PICK IT UP". TO WHICH I REPLIED, AS LONG AS THe DELIVERY FEES ARE WAVED, THATS FINE. BUT SHE PROCEEDED TO MELT DOWN, CRY, YELL AT ME, HANG UP ON ME, DECRY HER JOB, POSITION, AND NECESSITY TO DO WORK. AT THAT POINT, I DONT WANT THIS PERSON MAKING OUR FOOD, THE SITUATION DEVOLVED INTO SOMETHING IT NEVER SHOULD HAVE.
I THOUGHT I WAS A CUSTOMER? I THOUGHT I WAS PAYING FOR A SERVICE PROVIDED BY JIMMY JOHNS? TO BE TREATED THIS WAY, TO NOT GET OUR ORDERS, AND TO HAVE IT BE THE DAY OF WITH ZERO RECOURSE IS A TRAVESTY BEYOND IMAGINATION. THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY YOUR EMPLOYEE WAS COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR.
I PUT THESE ORDERS IN BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE THE TIME TO DEAL WITH FEEDING THESE PEOPLE. I THOUGHT WE HAD IT UNDER CONTROL BY USING YOUR SERVICES THE WAY THEY WERE PROVIDED. I WAS LEFT TO HANG OUT AND DRY, I WAS BERRATED ON THE PHONE, AND TREATED WITH A LEVEL OF DISRESEPECT I WOULDNT HAVE EXPECTED FROM A COMPANY like JJ's.

One time to place my order, another time to go back because they forgot turkey on my turkey sandwich, and a third time because they forgot turkey on my fiancee's sandwich too. I was pretty surprised because this location has never messed up my food before. When I went in the third time, the worker who had messed up our sandwiches originally had the nerve to say I took the turkey off of the sandwich. I'm sorry but why would I drive back not once, but TWICE? I was honestly surprised that the main ingredient on my sandwich was missing. She sat there at a table that should be for a customer mind you she was not on break just lazy I guess and she argued with me and basically called me a liar. I was really offended. I can't even give her name because none of the employees were wearing name tags. I used to be a regular at this location, since I work in the same parking lot as them, but not anymore. Read moreI went there with my daughter today, the old Hispanic lady there was absolutely rude. We asked if it was possible to warm up our sandwiches she refused and was going to throw our sandwich to the trash, she had no disposition to help us horrible customer service. It is not our first time going to this place and usually people are sweet and nice and they warm up our sandwiches, something that is so simple turned into an argument. Please do not go to this place because of people like that business lose customers for the lack of training and disposition. I am Hispanic myself and the funny thing is that, that lady was Hispanic too and was acting completely racist towards us. It’s a terrible place to go sadly. Jimmy John’s should check their personnel and make sure employees are kind to customers since we are the ones holding up their restaurant, had they not have customers then they would go bankrupt so a kind advice to this store train your people.
