HAIR IN OUR PIZZA!!!!

A couple of nights ago we ordered (our first papa Johns pizza) a medium half cheese & half pepperoni pizza, garlic bread and wings for delivery and while biting into the pizza we found a silver/blonde hair (4 inches long) in our pizza! It wasn’t just on top of the Pizza but actually baked between the dough & cheese. When I called and spoke to the “assistant manager” he asked if I wanted a new pizza (umm.. after finding hair in my food? No thanks) so I said “No thank you, I would like a refund of just the pizza pls.” He then laughed and said they don’t offer refunds. He could only give us a new pizza or nothing. I asked to speak to the franchise owner and he said I had to call back tomorrow between 10am & 3pm, then said “good luck” and hung up. I called all day the next day and all they could tell me was “sorry he’s not in right now, he should be in later”... so I just settled for losing out on the money and posting this review. My first AND LAST time eating Papa Johns (we’re Pizza Hut people anyway) so I will never order from here again. Good...

I know it’s a bit silly to review a fast food chain, but I’ve found this location to consistently go above and beyond. Ever since my wife left me for her younger boyfriend and I had to move into this dusty apartment, I’ve been hopelessly depressed. However, one piece of good fortune I could never have foreseen was living down the street from this gem of a multinational pizza location.

After a long day of work to pay for my evil ex wife’s alimony, I decided to order a pizza to cry into for International Bitcoin Pizza Day. The pie came to me with blazing speed. About 18 minutes from the minute I sent the order from my IBM Thinkpad. It was so steamy, it fogged up my glasses, and so delicious, it clogged up my arteries.

Definitely my go to place for pizza if I’m not buying locally and if you’re suffering from a fresh divorce. I’d give it 5 stars, but this is about as high as I’d rate any...

Do NOT go to this location! I have been a faithful customer and order from here roughly once a week. Never issues or problems. Tonight we ordered 3 pizzas and an order of bread sticks. One of the pizzas was still very doughy through out the pizza. My husband called and was told he was lying and the franchise manager (Jim) didn't believe him and wouldn't do anything about it. I then took the pizza physically over to the location and he still told me he didn't believe me (with the pizza in his face). I then proceeded to show him that it was doughy and he still told me "I don't believe you and i'm not doing anything for you." He also told me he didn't want my businessd. This is so absurd to me that the customer service would be this horrible. I love papa johns pizza however this fanchise owner should not be allowed to represent the company with that being his customer...
