Christina, an employee at restaurant #24950-0 13521 se 3rd Way Vancouver WA 98684, was extremely RUDE when I went in to get a sandwich today. I told her what bread I wanted and what length of sandwich I wanted ... she just stood there looking at me like she was trying to prompt me to say something else. So I proceeded to tell her what cheese I wanted and that I wanted it toasted. She said, " Ok, lets try that again. What can I get for you?" At this point, I was just annoyed, so I said, "A Sandwich, that's what you do here right? I can go somewhere else if not" She said "that's ok, I'm not the owner". After a 5 second stare down trying to decide what I was going to do next, I repeated the bread and length I wanted. She again stood there looking at me like she was trying to prompt me to to say something else. She then said "and what do we say next?" She then makes the sound of the letter P... Then I realized she was trying to get me to say Please! She was not going to get my bread out of the cabinet until I said Please! I was so shocked at that kind of bullying that I said it! She gave me a big smile and gets the bread out. Classic Narcissist !!! And then proceed to start from the beginning again, asking me what size do I want. When I told her what cheese I wanted for the second time, she got annoyed with me, asking me what kind of sandwich I was getting "because not all cheeses go with everything". I told her I was getting the Vege Delight and I wanted cheddar! She gave me another big smile and says, "oh, ok". I told her I wanted all veges except peppers and onions. She replied with "no onion and peppers?" Questioning my choice. She then proceeds to put veges on my sandwich... she get to the green peppers and grabs a handful. I tell her no, I don't want any peppers. About this time a family comes in who she apparently knows and they start chatting. She grabs a handful of onion and again, I tell her no. She looks at me annoyed that I interrupted her conversation with the other customers. She does the same thing with the banana peppers and Jalapeno peppers. She slams her hands down on the prep counter and looks at me with an accusing attitude and says, "You don't want ANY peppers or onions?" I gave her my "MOM" look letting her know I had had enough of narcissitic attitude! She put way to put vinaigrette on my sandwich and wrapped it up. Again giving me a big smile and telling me to...
Read moreI ordered subway through the app for pick up. When I got there at 4:29 they haven’t started making the sandwiches. 4:29 was the estimated time for pick up. No big deal I’ll wait for a few minutes for them to make it. I grabbed my food and headed home. When I got home I realized they did not make the food correctly and the quality was extremely poor. The meat was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted, the sandwiches were ordered toasted. Also noticed that the bread was either old or toasted on its own because it was crumbling and falling apart. Bread appeared to have been toasted alone without any meat or cheese on it. The sandwich was not in a condition to be eaten (photos available with time stamp)
Decided that this is unacceptable I went back to the store that made the food. Told them that I need these sandwiches made again and handed for them to dispose of the old ones. They did and re made the food but again they toasted the bread without the meat. I didn’t notice this until he was putting the veggies on the bread when I realized there isn’t any cheese in it. At that point i asked for a refund because I’m just fed up that I have to come back and for them to make the sanwitch wrong again. The employee spent some time on the tablet trying to figure out how to refund. Concluded his search and said he doesn’t know how to refund and that he can void the charge from their side but he doesn’t know if that will re fund my money. With that being said I didn’t want to get charged thinking I will get a refund and not get the sandwich. So I took the sandwich and ended up trying to eat it. The quality of the food was so poor I threw it away and now I’m angry that I didn’t get the food I wanted. I spent my time going back there and I had to pay for this entire experience. I want my money back this was a horrible experience from both subway itself and Postmates. Subway is responsible for the horrible food. Postmates is responsible for my money and refund as Postmates was the party that received direct...
Read moreHorrible. Not even worth one star. I placed a mobile curbside order and waited over 30 minutes before I finally left without the food I paid for. There was one single person working, it's not physically possible for one people to do everything in the store by themselves. It wasn't necessarily that employees fault. I waited in the curbside spot for about 30 minutes before driving around to the drive thru window where I sat for another 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Again, not the person workings fault, but why were they scheduled alone?
The obvious solution is to go inside the store, I realize that, but I just finished swimming and wasn't in appropriate clothes to go inside. Which is why I ordered curbside. And tried the drive thru. If you can't accommodate mobile orders then turn it off. Or better yet, if you don't have the appropriate staff, close early. It's not fair to the person working by themselves, and it's not fair to people trying to get food there.
Whoever is running this store needs help, training, or to be replaced. I don't think I'll ever go to subway again with how awful my last few experiences have been. I shouldn't have to do a chargeback on my credit card for...
