Subway — Restaurant in Vandalia

So I have gone to this subway twice in 2 weeks wanting to try the new hot honey sub but both times I have gone they have not had the mikes hot honey because someone there screwed up ordering everything . for god's sake go down the street and by some . But also they have been out of pickles which is complete madness so I went to McDonald's to get a cup of pickles for our sandwiches. The people are nice but dang get your supplies this might sound petty but I'm on the verge of never going back .there are plenty of places around that sell big jars of pickles and the mikes hot honey . The owner of this subway needs to get his store running better. the 3 stars are for your employees they get the little credit this store deserves they were cool and with the little supplies your owner had on hand my sandwich was good . OK I'm just going to say it fire this owner subway he's giving your franchise a bad name at this point I would bring back Jarod at least he could probably order right after he gets out of...

Went in order a sub and I asked if I could get the Oreo footlong cookie and the employee looked at me with attitude and said “I guess” while shaking his head at me. Then when he came back up he didn’t even make the cookie. The guy was lucky because I was going to make a scene and tell him if he hates his job don’t work it then or take down the sign that says limited time only footlong Oreo cookie.. literally that’s why I asked for it because it’s limited time only… wanted to get for the family.. but yeah never going back to that subway ever again. I know people got there problems issues outside of work but you do not take it out on people that you don’t know yet alone customers that’s very unprofessional. But looks like this company doesn’t care about that at all. And yes I did a review about this because the way the guy treated and acted I guess that’s how people treat others now disrespecting them. I went there today. They were out of breath spinach and lettuce. Which I understands happens. But then I got a toasted chicken and bacon sub and the certain was so cold ! Then while the man infront of me was ordering the woman ( I think she was a amanager) making the subs, said he was getting a chicken bacon rach for free 3 times. Then when the cashier rung it up she yelled no thats not right I'm not charging for the 12 inch! And yelled again when he repeated what she said before. I am not okay with employees being treated like they are children and yelled at. Thats not professional to do in the work place and especially not in front of customers. I'm seriously disgusted.
