This is place is not for your basic bettys and bros who want to sip their vodka sodas and IPAs while scrolling through their insta accounts. This place is for people who love unique experiences, kitch, the creative and the weird. It feels less like a bar and more like you’ve been invited to eccentric’s (is he crazy or brilliant, or both?) private cocktail party. The owner is an active host and will not fade into the background like a typical staff member. We heard about this place and if they don’t like you then you’re out! We went there with our party of 5 ages 46 to 78. We actually made bets with each other on when we would be thrown out. We just had a great dinner down the street and we were all dressed nicely. We walked in said hello to what seemed like a nice bunch of seniors and then it happened. Yep, thrown out! We LOVED stopping by Teddys and always had a great time. We’ve been there 4 times and always had a great experience until we went to stop in there tonight. Teddy said we weren’t appropriate to the dress code, however, we were wearing clothing like we have on every other visit.
