Arby's — Restaurant in Ventura

I had a pleasant experience at Arby's and would rate it 4 stars. The staff warmly welcomed us and proactively informed us about the location of items, eliminating the need to ask. However, there was a mix-up with our food order where one of my sandwiches was given to someone else, and I received theirs instead. Luckily, we were in the same group, so we were able to swap sandwiches. This situation could have been problematic if it had been a stranger.

On the positive side, I really enjoyed the taste of the Orange Cream smoothie and would definitely order it again. I tried the 2 for $4 slider deal, which included the Bourbon BBQ Roast Beef and Bourbon BBQ Country Style Rib sliders. While the Bourbon BBQ Roast Beef tasted good, it felt like it was missing something. Similarly, the Bourbon BBQ Country Style Rib slider was also lacking a certain element, although the addition of pickles was a nice touch.

The jalapeno bites were an interesting choice. The cream cheese topping was slightly off-putting, but at the same time, it complemented the bites well. Unfortunately, none of the five jalapeno bites I received were spicy, which was a bit...

My whole family right now is blown away by the customer service and friendliness of the Arby's employees. We got to the register and realized that our wallet was at home and we scraped together $7 in change, all the while an employee named Jackson Working on the side noticed and immediately offered to pay our entire order. We will thus forward support Arby's corporation & recommend the telephone location to Anyone local! We dine out regularly and cannot believe this customer service is offered at a fast...

This Arby's deserves every bit of these 5 stars!

With a line out the door and a fair amount of rude and demanding customers (whole lotta Karens), the employees of this Arby's were so professional, courteous, and efficient and taking orders and delivering food and still very polite to greet every customer that enters and thank every customer that left. They were out of a few items (supply chain issues), but all you need is a good roast beef sandwich and some curly fries, and they delivered!
