Sometimes you just a warm drink in your belly to feel better. There's lots of drinks here...., and it has the irresistible smell of ground coffee beans. If you inhale deep enough, I'm sure you can get a free buzz from all of the caffeine molecules in the air. All of the Coffebeans i've been to have been great people watching spots; even the one's at LAX and Ala Moana in Honolulu, although they are franchises that don't support the use of the app. Too bad, because I like their rewards program, as well the Wednesday Social Hour thing. Thursday February 6th, my mom and I passed by for some drinks on the way out of town before 8am. There were two batista on staff taking care of at least 15-20 mobile order drinks(i asked), plus at least 5 people inside ordering along with myself. They were inundated with orders and we all felt so badly for them but they were chugging along and taking care of business. They deserve commendation for keeping their cool and giving great customer service with their full plates. When my husband tried to order a large dark roast coffee, he was told "we're out of coffee". I thought he was joking. The place is called "coffee bean", how could they not have coffee. When we asked another employee, she looked at us like we were crazy and said "of course we have coffee". But the coffee she served was the wrong beans. And they forgot about our muffins in the microwave so they were cold. I could understand if they were busy, but there were very few customers there.
