Ordered pizza on pizza portal, walked into store 5 min before it said it would be ready and stood around and waited for literally another 15 minutes. When I asked the girl, if the pizza portal was working she said it should be. So I asked if my pizza was ready as I have been waiting here 15 minutes an she checked an they had put it in with other pizzas. So I asked why was it put there an not the pizza portal an the Manager MIELY SALAS started shrugging her shoulders an telling me they had a rush and something about she didn't have a LANDING. WOW, I was dumb founded, so I relpy, not my responsibility as a customer. I ordered online so I would not have to come in an wait in store. She then tells me I'm sorry I'm not giving you anything. WHAT! I never asked for anything. All I want is an answer why my pizza was not in the portal. They had like 5 employees in the back laughing and walking around. It can't be that hard to read where the pizza is suppose to go. I guess if this was a job to them an not a paid hobby they would care. Honestly, why would they. They just follow MIELY SALAS example. The girl up front was taking orders and had to answer the phone after she asked an no one answered it. They were to busy back there having fun. Respect to her. MIELY SALAS needs some training in customer service. She could CARE LESS about the screw up. Another thing, never, ever, should you shrug your shoulders an snap your neck at customers. You are a manager for crying out loud. I ask for her manager number an she tells me he will be in tomorrow an walks off. I spend to much money in THIS LOCATION to have such a negative experience. I hope this is helpful to someone. If you want Lil Ceasers, it would be wise to go to another location. For me, I'm done with this one. May be done with them as a company. Spend a few more dollars an have PAPA...
Read moreI tend to have a ton of patience with Little Ceasars locations having worked at one throughout college, and I understand being short staffed. However, the logistics at this location are fundamentally broken. I ordered a classic pepperoni, wasn’t told that it’d be a long wait (tons of pizza in the warmer which I later realized were there because the online portal warmer was out of order), and ended up waiting over half an hour to ultimately be handed a lukewarm pizza off a stack that I’d been watching off to the side for 20 minutes. I don’t understand the logistical flow with the onset of crazy online order loads, but the process at this location is clearly broken. Save yourself the time and drive a few miles down the freeway to the location on Rose St in Oxnard where the process...
Read moreThis is the slowest little Ceasars I have ever experienced. I have come here 3 different times (week day/end and varying times) and the shelves/racks that are suppose to hold the hot and ready pizzas are Always Empty! I am so used to the effiency of the 2 other Oxnard Little Caesars that this one in Ventura is totally unacceptable. I do notice a lot of people placing online orders. But I am expecting hot and ready pizzas when I drive up! I shouldn't have to wait 10-15 min each visit for a hot and ready pizza! Every time I have visited I had hoped the previous times this slow service was a fluke but it is not. The ovens are usually housing 1 to 2 pizzas while the racks are...
