I am so disappointed and disgusted and the customer service that I received yesterday I have had a bad experience once before but did not think it was that big of a deal but after spending $200 yesterday on burritos and bagels that I ordered well in advance about an hour when I went to go pick up my food there was a lady there who was very rude and it told me to order ahead next time but in reality I did order ahead when I got there my food was not ready and I still did not say anything I was very kind she told me next time I need to go through catering once I told her I did order ahead I was a little confused she made it seem like she was not going to take my order next time mind you I placed my order at 6 AM and at 6:50 it still wasn’t ready and I did not mind but she was so rude and they act like they don’t need business if it was bagel does not need my business then they should make it clear. GO TO THE ONE IN CAMARILLO! Their customer service is on point and they put the quality in their service. I am the CFO of a company and I can tell you this, Ventura location lacks motivation, thoughtfulness, that personal touch, and the care for their customers that walk through the door.

"Visited Noah’s Bagels in Ventura this morning and had a mixed experience. The location, situated in the same shopping center as the 99 Cents store and Harbor Freight Tools, has limited parking, with some spots on the smaller side. The bagel shop itself is on the smaller side, with a walk-up counter to order bagels and drinks. After placing our order, there was minimal interaction with the staff as they seemed preoccupied amongst themselves. While the jalapeño cheese bagel was tasty, the toppings were disappointingly lacking in substance. The schmear lox and tomatoes were minimal, leaving much to be desired. In the past, I've enjoyed other bagels here, particularly the everything bagel, which my mom loves. Seating is limited, and the tile floors and walls make for a loud and echoey atmosphere, making it difficult to have a conversation. Despite the mixed experience, Noah’s Bagels remains one of the limited bagel options in Ventura. I may return in the future for bagels and schmear separately, but not for a meal. Overall, an average experience.

I'm from NYC and these are no NY bagels. Clearly a Mexican bakery style puffed bread without that chewy outer authentic layer that you achieve by boiling the dough in malted barley syrup prior to the bake. I know this because I'm a baker and after going to Noah's I just decided to start making bagels at home. Mine are better. Still, not a bad place to get a bagel-like sandwich... It's just not a great bagel and definitely not authentic. In all fairness I've been out here 12 years and haven't had a decent bagel yet... If you don't know any better sure it tastes fine. I attached photos of my homemade ones :p

I wanted to leave a review to let everyone know what a great place this is! My husband and I get Noah's almost weekly. We really enjoy their breakfast options. Everything we've ordered is fantastic. They never get our order wrong. And we've ordered through their app (which is great, because you can earn rewards), we order through Door Dash, we order through Uber Eats, we go into the store. It's always correct. The quality is always consistent. I'm not from New York, I don't know how close this is to a New York Bagel. I think I saw another customer that was from New York saying it does not compare. But then they also compared it to a Mexican bakery, and that is not at all what the food is like from here. (So don't anyone go replacing your favorite Panaderia with Noah's.) Their customer service is amazing. Recently, we had placed an order for bagels, and my husband had called the store to complain because they weren't toasted. Turns out, they actually were toasted, but they were so fresh that we didn't realize it! So, on our next order, I called the store to request that they would double toast our bagels, per their recommendation. Not only was this a great suggestion, but they actually added to complementary bagels and schmear to our order. (They must have known it was us, because when my husband called before, they offered to remake our order the next time. Which, I didn't even ask about when I placed our next order because they didn't get our order wrong in the first place.) But, the fact that they were willing to make it right anyway, says a lot. I wish I knew the name of the person that did that. (My husband thinks her name was Myra.) I have to say that this is above and beyond customer service and great attention to detail. They were more than gracious, and they did not need to be. But they made us feel like valued customers. I can't say enough good things about that kind of service. I know that one act made us customers for life. (Although, I was already.) Thank you so...

2025 Review: It's been three years since the below review, and quality has drastically changed here. Changing from 4 Stars to 2 Stars.

Orders regularly take 30 to 45 minutes and are usually either missing an item or incorrect. There is no defined line or queue for where to line up, so when cashiers change shift and move registers, the line moving is a free-for-all (shift change moved me from 2nd to 5th). Online orders are closer to the 45 minute mark more often than not, and if they are out of an item placed in an online order, they do not contact you or attempt to make amends. (After waiting for 40 minutes, I had to ask about the status of my online order, which they informed me that it was behind the counter as they were out of an item. They then offered to provide a different item of lesser value. By the time I received all my items, the iced coffee and all hot food items were room temperature, and one item was incorrect.)

Employees take zero responsibility for correcting incorrect items, missing items, or delayed orders and process things as normal or prioritize restocking the shelves during peak business hours rather than slower hours. This is an establishment that accepts zero accountability and complete disregard to customers and is simply doing its best to get by.

2022 Review: Breakfast sandwiches are always made fresh with fresh eggs. Pastries are yummy (go earlier, otherwise they may run out of pastries). Bagels are excellent! Their iced coffees aren't good. They're always too watery, no flavor syrup, no creamer, barely any ice. Better to grab breakfast and make your own coffee elsewhere. Recommend the turkey sausage with egg sandwich and chocolate chip coffee cake. Great place for breakfast any day...
