Starbucks — Restaurant in Ventura

I frequent this store on behalf of my client who lives in the area. All in all the store is great and the employees for the most part are wonderful. However there is a policy that should be seriously reconsidered. Off a store sells an item then it should be able to take the item back with in a reasonable amount of time. I purchased a money order for my client for her rent. She made a mistake on the enforcement and I we landlord refused it. With in days of its purchase my client tried to return it with receipts in hand. However the store refuse to even void the money order and print a new one. My client tried her bank and was no go I even tried mine. But it was over 30 days old at this point and neither check cashing places nor banks will take it. When originally purchased it no one mentions that it was non returnable. My client is now out the amount of the money order and lives on a low income. How can...
