B-Fruity — Restaurant in Vernal

I come to Vernal every year and B Fruity has been a favorite “must eat” part of my visits. Today was soooo disappointing. The berry crepe had about 12 berries in it and had barely visible crème. The clerk agreed it was not made correctly and she remade it and it was still very lacking in ingredients. She said the reason was the price of cream cheese increasing. (Insert eyeroll). I asked for the manager’s card and she said she’d have to take my number so he could call me because his girlfriend is an influencer and they can’t give his number out. (Getting a headache from all this eye rolling). Will see if he actually calls…..I’m in town until Sunday morning and was planning on getting another crepe before I leave…..but won’t if I don’t hear from him….

We have been here several times even after having issues of hair in my crepe twice and speaking with the owner. After I talked to him, I seen the girls were wearing their hair up and so I returned . Tonight we went and the girl has her long hair down and is also wearing a shirt that goes just above her naval. Super cute and yummy place but not food safe, since these two important rules are not being followed. We thought she was just taking our order and so we paid and watched her make them through the window. We threw them away once...

So yummy! I had a crepe called COCOUNUT DREAM (cream filling, gram cracker, coconut flakes and sliced banana) and a fresh juice called REFRESHER (lemon, apple, orange, pineapple and grapefruit). Everything was simply amazing. I would be glad to try the rest of their menu, the staff was friendly and provided excellent...
