I have been coming to this location since it’s grand opening & even though they were shortstaffed they were always lovely and delivered exceptional customer service. After Jay left, though it has gotten worse as the days have went by and I quit coming for a couple months up until yesterday that is and when I tell you The whole experience was terrible all the way from where you order at the speaker to paying for and receiving your order . It was my son‘s first day of kindergarten yesterday and I told him if he did well he could have any reward of his choice and he chose to get a doughnut so I pull up to the speaker box and the overweight biracial girl with the carmel colored braids said “are you going to order?” With an attitude, So I asked if they had any Boston creams and the girl said no so I asked if they had any chocolate frosted and the girl said no so I asked okay… Can you tell me what you do have? She stated vanilla frosted and donut sticks so my son agreed to a donut stick so then it’s time to pull around to the pick up window. I showed her my QR code so I can get the points. She scanned with an attitude and then I held out my phone again, this time to pay through Apple Pay. She looked at me and said I already scanned your QR code. I explained that it was Apple Pay. The other associate working with her was on her phone, not even helping her and the fact that there is a line down the side of the building for a drive-through and customers in the business. This is not professional whatsoever and the fact that Me and my partner ordered our food at 12:38 it’s the 1/2 hour and we still have not received our food. And there’s multiple different customers coming in and out of the establishment receiving their food while we are still sitting here I have not received our food. The fact that there’s an associate on the counter right, smacking the counter telling the man in front of her to pay and hurry up and give her the money. It’s very disrespectful. If I was a manager fired immediately, especially being a manager in food and beverage myself, this is not very professional whatsoever. The fact that I asked to speak to a manager, and there’s not even a manager in the building, blows my mind and I asked for the district manager’s number and I understand they’re not allowed to give the district manager’s phone number. Read moreUsually I have a wonderful experience but this morning the customer service was absolutely horrible !!!! They wouldn’t even stop walking around to assist me at the front counter… their front register wasn’t working so they took 15 minutes to take my order at the drive through register.. then told me that the oven wasn’t working. So I ordered my coffee and handed them a $50 bill. I quickly got my coffee.. but never received my change. I watched them walking around, talking, and laughing, so I said excuse me.. I need my money back please? The lady then told me I need to go on the app to do that.. I explained to her that I never received my change and had been waiting for about 10 minutes now..after screening “we don’t steal?” over and over again, she then explained that they couldn’t find the counterfeit marker and they didn’t want their drawer to come up short. At this point at sat down. I had been in the store for 30 minutes or so and was the only customer other than a lady who I watched receive an order that was cooked in the oven.
