We visited this ice cream shop as a family of five and each purchased two scoops, totaling $30 Unfortunately, one of the flavors — mango — tasted off, as if it were freezer burnt. My mom politely asked to replace that scoop, but the employee refused and insisted she had eaten half of it (she hadn’t).
To make matters worse, the staff member responded loudly and dismissively in front of other customers, saying, “You don’t have to get mad, ma’am,” even though my mom remained calm throughout. The way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and unnecessarily embarrassing.
It’s disappointing that a small gesture — worth maybe a few dollars — couldn’t be made to ensure customer satisfaction. Instead, they’ve lost our business. We won’t be returning, and they’ll miss out on the $30+ we regularly spend when our family...

I felt like the first time it was a little expensive for an adult and a toddler. we went in and got three things for three adults in the smallest scoop of chocolate ice cream for a toddler. And it was almost $30. I’m not sure if we picked the most expensive stuff on the menu but I think that’s kind of ridiculous for ice cream.
