I am giving Giuseppe's a 1 star because of the bad service, horrible food quality, and terrible experience. Last night (Aug, 23, 2017) I went inside to order with some friends. The hostess (I guess??) was kind of an older lady but she was nice! She had us sit down in the waiting area and gave us menus to order. I ordered a pizza half olives, half pepperoni, all mushroom... I ordered that with a tiramisu. My boyfriend ordered Spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread, my other 2 friends ordered a chicken parmesan which both came with garlic bread.. we were told that our food would be ready within 20 minutes.. and mind you.. there were only 4 people other than my friends and I. So they were not busy or crowded or anything. We ask if we can go to the store across the street and cone back within 20 minutes. So we go to the store and come back within the time limit and we ask if our food has been made already.. they tell us that it will just be 5 more minutes.. after being told that we then waited sitting in the waiting area for 1 whole hour. We were hungry and tired but we kept our cool. We all paid separately (except for my bf and I) but there was SO MUCH CONFUSION WITH THE PAY. The older lady hostess was having an extremely difficult time processing the payment of just 3 orders. At one point she had my 2 friends and my bfs cards just with her. They had to ask for them back! We gave each other looks of "never coming here again" So once we FINALLY got our food and got out of there we go back home to eat.. my pizza was burned to HELL. It had NO FLAVOR, BARELY ANY CHEESE, NO SAUCE, NOTHING. I was so disappointed I didn't even finish 1 slice. IT WAS LIKE I WAS CHEWING ON CARDBOARD!! The tiramisu that I ordered was not good at all it also had no flavor. NO FLAVOR AT ALL. My friends enjoyed their meals which I am happy about but their garlic bread we're hard as stone. Felt necessary to make this review. Although waiting 50 min for a pizza for take out was irritating, I think the stand out feature of this restaurant was the poor spirit of the owner or manager. An older blonde woman. Walked in to a first impression of a young friendly girl who took my order, all the while hearing the owner or manager yelling at the staff from the back. I came back for my pizza after the 25 minute quote and in the additional 25 minute wait I just sat there and watched the manager be rude and bark orders to her staff who all appeared to be working hard and staying on task. Also featured in this visit was a freindly quiet mannered customer who came to pick up his order. When he repeated his order to confirm that is was his, he asked “lasagna and ravioli?” The owners response was, “that’s what I said”, this woman never made eye contact, never stopped the task she was working on, never greeted a customer, and definitely never thanked anyone, and was downright rude to all she came in contact with. Customers and employees alike. To the management. If you expect your customer base to return maybe treating us like we are valued might be in ordered. Yes you can only lose one customer at a time, but the nature of a restaurant is customer appreciation. To the hard workers, great job. Sorry you have to work in that environment. To cap off this review. I will never return, and ironically as I was leaving after a 50 minute wait for a pizza, a man was just ordering a pizza l, with the rude lady’s response being, “give us 25 min”.

P.S. if you guys are gonna charge 12 bucks for a sausage sandwich it should be bigger than a child’s portion. To any reading this. It’s not 1 star cuz the pizza is not awful , but not much more than that. ADDITION. After all this. I got home all the food was cold. Just revised this review to one star. Ordered Doordash on 08/25/25 where I got a Parmesan sandwich instead of Parmesan Chicken ala cart which I intended to order so I really wanted the chicken so I called to order it for pick-up as I was ordering I mentioned to the lady taking my order about the wrong item I received previously and I could hear the owner's big mouth in the background arguing about how she knew the order was correct and there's nothing she was going to do about it. I think she thought I was trying to get the meal for free but I was going to pay for it of course but when I heard her mean and disrespectful tone I told them forget it and I proceeded to go to the other Giuseppe's Pizza & Italian Restaurant in Apple Valley and let me tell you that location is Much Nicer and the little sweet cute owner is so nice and the food is much better. The atmosphere is like an Italian Restaurant should be, very nice seating and the area is much nicer than that hole in the wall at Fina's Giuseppe's. The order from Doordash wasn't that good at all. I will never patronize a restaurant where the owner doesn't respect her customers. They lost a customer and the other location gained one. The owner at Fina's is a miserable lady with a loud offensive irritating mouth. She looks like she trained Rocky Balboa. If your reading this review do yourself a favor and try the Original Giuseppe's next to the Cinemark in Apple Valley located in the Jess Ranch...
