McDonald's — Restaurant in Village of Plover

This store is getting more ridiculous daily. Many times I've had something not right or a sandwich missing. Generally call and they take care of it no problem. But tonight at the pay window I had to correct the order as the Soda and Fry were supposed to be large and she stated medium. Of course it adjusted the price some. No problem I paid the difference. Get to pick up window and check the bag. Got the large soda but the fries were still a medium. I'm sharing fries with my kids because it's cheaper then him getting a medium and I a small. I mention it's a medium and was supposed to be a large. I say these are supposed to be large and I just corrected it at the other window. She starts talking about how when putting into the computer it changes it. I don't care about the computer. I say well I paid for large. She laughed and said oh ha you know technology. I would have given this a zero but I had to rate it. So on the good note I didn't get food poisoning. Every table was filthy, kitchen was absolutely dirty, the soda machine had scum and rust on it. One employee had long hair and was in the food area with no ponytail or net. Said he was not working in the back but was in the area of food. I asked if there was someone to clean a table and a young lady came and had a scrunched up rag in her hand and had no idea how to wash a table. She then used the same rag on the booth and then used that cloth to wipe another table. Lazy employees and the manager has no idea about cleanliness or structure in management. I know places are struggling for employees but they were standing around doing nothing.... Work ethic sucks! Corporate and health inspector needs to visit. I have no plans of dining here in this convenient location, I will go out of my way for...

Last 4 times I’ve stopped at this location I’ve had issues with the service. On occasion I’ll grab breakfast at this McDonald’s because it’s conveniently located on my drive to work. 3 times in the last two months that I’ve stopped the opening employees had flagged me down in the drive thru to inform me the opening manager did not show up on time and that they couldn’t get in the store. I can understand that issues come up and people can over sleep, but when it’s happened multiple times at this location I’d have to chalk it up to lack of discipline amongst the managers. Additionally just this week I stopped for dinner after work one day, got my meal drove home and realized I was missing a large fry. Called the store had to drive all the way back to get it.
