1⭐for my favorite bakery. Let me explain to you how. Shortly Not profesional service for pre- ordered cakes. Save yourself from troubles Long version: We go to the bakery and we are telling them that we need a cake for the 1st birthday of my daughter. We love their cakes. We show them picture they tell us no custom cakes, ok. 🖼 we open their instagram and we ask for pink cake with pink flowers and 1 cupcake with the same flower so the baby can smash it. The lady call all the time and she is in contact with somebody. She ask them for everything and after all is confirmed she says i am sorry we cant make 1 cupcake with the same flower thats practycaly imposible, but they need to extra charge us so they can put the pink flowers for the cake ,also there is no option to extracharge us for thatcupcake. ⭐lost the cake suppose to be done to be picked up in 9 am.Our event starts in 5 pm. The call us back they say they cant make the cake that early for pick up we have to go in 12. But we mention to them thats fine but all we want is pink cake with pink flowers as we show on the picture. 🎂The day for pick up comes we send somebody to pick up the cake. They give them just regular cake white with strawberries on top and 2-3 pink flowers. we call them and talk to them that this is just regular cake and that we need pink cake with pink flowers the same as the picture we shown. On that they respond that they dont make custum cakes and they cant do that. Their cake person who talked to us was new and did not know how they function. We told them she spoke on phone at the whole time and than we spoke to another person who reschedule and we confirm for pink cake with pink flowers. 🛑watch this..... After big wait, they tell my friend who picked up the cake that because of our mistake💣 they need to trow this cake in garbage, she needs to go to the other main bakery and bring this cake so they will trow it and they are going to make new cake pink with pink flowers but we need to pay new payment and they will return our previous payment...(Super complicated). Even tho the diference was like 20 dollars....we could just pay 20 dollars they could keep the cake and give us new one. all this happens on the day of the birthday and the cake comes 1 hour before the event . All star lost⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐disqusting yes the cake was delicios but their service horible. i will still eat there but never pre order cake Martines you failed. I wish i wrote some nice...

Food is amazing and some of the best cold brew coffee around. They have the potential to be a five star if they understood how to properly pour a nitro cold brew . As you can see in the picture they are missing step 3 and not waiting for the foam to settle and topping off your cup, leaving you with a much smaller amount of coffee than you ordered.

Here are the instructions for pouring nitrogen cold brew:

Pour the Cold Brew: Hold the glass at a 45-degree angle. Start pouring the cold brew slowly and gently from the keg or canister. Aim to pour down the side of the glass to reduce foam.

Wait for the Foam to Settle: Once you've poured about three-quarters of the glass, let the cold brew settle for a moment. The nitrogen bubbles will create a creamy head, and it’s important to allow this foam to settle before topping off.

Top Off the Glass: After the foam has settled and the liquid level has dropped slightly, finish filling the glass with the remaining cold brew. This will help maintain a smooth, creamy head and prevent...

Mind you, these 2 stars are me being kind because some of their pastries and cakes are good when they’re good otherwise they’re dry, inedible, and in my trash can. I’ve gone to Martine’s many times just out of a desire to support local businesses but their service is horrible. And I don’t mean the fact that it’s tight and the lines get long. That’s honestly fine. Most (not all) of the workers behind the register act like it’s above them to be serving you and catch ridiculous attitudes. One exchange still fresh on my mind was being given attitude when I asked for my latte to be remade to be iced when I had specified it and hearing back talk about the fact that I should’ve specified it and watching the server took her eyes and walk away in frustration.
