My son loves this location! Chuck E Cheese has always been a favorite place I take my kiddos. The check-in safety system is top-notch and easy for kids and parents: Just a quick stamp on the arm! The new card system allows you to buy points (which it takes so many points to play a game, TONS of games are 1 point, a few are 2) OR you can purchase TIME for your child to play. I personally prefer points so we can share a card and keep it for next time plus it is easy for me to determine if I need to buy more points. My little guy can be slow on some games so again the points just make more sense for us but they have both options. The combo meals are wonderful with sodas, discount points/time cards, and pizza. The bread-sticks are WONDERFUL and we get ranch & red sauce to go with ours. They have a rock-in salad bar and great selection of wine/beer for adults. This location is super clean, well staffed, and very helpful if something goes wrong with a game. The prize area is at the front and the attendant is super helpful and patience with kids! If you are looking for a fun Family Night this is the place to go!

SAFE ZONE! CHUCK E CHEESE IS DOING IT RIGHT! We are here with our grandson, and feel very safe. Check your temperature when entering, hand sanitizing stains all over the place, even have gloves available. They clean equipment every 30 minutes, sanitize balls and swap out every 30 minutes too. Social distancing of tables. No tokens, only game cards which are disposed of at the end of your visit. No salad bar, but salad available in individual packaging. Pizza was fresh and hot. We are in heaven with less kids running around... limited occupancy. I think the community needs to get out and support businesses they want to survive this pandemic. They will go under if we don't patronize these establishments. As I said previously, we feel very safe and well taken care of by the staff. Hope you get out and help our economy thrive! Chuck E Cheese is definitely doing it's part to keep us safe.

My son and I visit every 3 months or so. He loves Chucky Cheese. The place is always full of energy and the employees are always friendly. They have plenty of games, which is amazing when you consider how many kids can fit in this place. And the food is actually pretty good. I say this because a lot of times when a place cater to kids the food may not be all that great. I would have given them 5 stars, but the only entertainer they have is Chucky. Years ago there used to be a few characters, but now just Chucky and he doesn't come out all that often. But when he does the kids go wild. Oh, they still have the Chucky show that comes on every now and then.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chuck E. Cheese's with my family, and it was an absolute blast! I want to share my wonderful experience and highlight some of the fantastic aspects that made our visit truly memorable.

First and foremost, the variety of games at Chuck E. Cheese's is simply incredible. From classic arcade games to interactive rides and engaging activities, there was something for everyone, regardless of age. My kid was overjoyed and thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent playing the games. The selection catered to different interests and skill levels, ensuring that each member of our family had a fantastic time.

One of the standout features at Chuck E. Cheese's is the "All You Can Play" option, especially the one-hour package. It was an absolute game-changer! We were able to enjoy unlimited gameplay during that time, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the arcade experience. The ability to swipe-reswipe continuously for all the games was incredibly convenient and added to the overall excitement.

One particular game that stole our hearts was the Jurassic Park game. The multiplayer co-op mode provided a thrilling and immersive experience, as we teamed up to navigate through the virtual world together. It not only brought us closer as a family but also created a sense of camaraderie and teamwork. It was a fantastic team-building activity, and we had an absolute blast.

In addition to the Jurassic Park game, there were many other games that we thoroughly enjoyed. The Pink Panther, Baseball, Basketball, Football throws, Tree Chopping, and Subway Surfers were among our favorites. Each game offered unique challenges, fun gameplay mechanics, and moments of pure excitement. The variety kept us entertained and engaged throughout our visit.

Another positive aspect that deserves mention is the lively and vibrant atmosphere at Chuck E. Cheese's. The bright colors, cheerful decorations, and energetic music created an ambiance that was both inviting and uplifting. It added to the overall enjoyment of the experience and enhanced the sense of joy and wonder for both children and adults alike.

Furthermore, the staff at Chuck E. Cheese's were friendly, attentive, and helpful. They were always available to assist with any questions or concerns, ensuring that our visit was smooth and enjoyable. Their dedication to customer service added an extra layer of warmth and hospitality to our time spent at the establishment.

Overall, our experience at Chuck E. Cheese's was nothing short of fantastic. From the wide range of games catering to all ages, the incredible "All You Can Play" option, the memorable multiplayer experiences, and the vibrant atmosphere, every aspect contributed to a day filled with laughter, fun, and wonderful family memories.

I highly recommend Chuck E. Cheese's to anyone seeking an exciting and enjoyable entertainment center. It's the perfect place to unleash your inner child, create lasting memories, and have a fantastic time with family...

We hosted our daughter's 6th birthday here, and the store is bright, clean, & well maintained - we were really impressed with the condition of the games & the facility in general. We were the only party during our time slot, so everyone had plenty of space which was nice.

The event assistants were proactive to help with our event setup and made everything really turnkey. The pizza was served on time / as expected, but the rest of the party (cake, "the show", ticket grab, cleanup) felt really rushed; every time I turned around another "event" was happening and I didn't feel prepared. At one point I turned around and the assistant was lighting the last candle on the cake, starting to sing Happy Birthday to my child --- I had no idea this was happening.

The "Show" was rather disappointing, unfortunately. It consisted of Chuck E., a man I believe is the store manager and our event assistant who was still wearing her purse. The manager did his best to bring lots of energy & excitement, but you couldn't hear the music, and most of the guests/kids were confused. We would have preferred to have skipped this entirely.

With 30 minutes still left in our party, the event assistant started hounding me about clearing decorations & gifts off of our table. I was really confused by her constant pressure to get out of there, given we still had 1/4 of our party time left. She was relentlessly asking about throwing things away and whether she could take things to my car. On top of this, she asked for a cash tip - still with 30 minutes left in the party - and when we told her we didn't have cash on us, she offered her CashApp. While we were still hosting our party and working on saying goodbye to guests who began to leave, she repeatedly (we counted 6-7 times) asked my husband if he had gotten her app and sent the tip yet. This was extremely offputting and made us even less inclined to recognize her work at the event. We tipped her prior to leaving, but were also solicited for a tip by the young man who played Chuck E. Cheese. All of this made us really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, one of our guests who stayed after we left reported hearing her talking negatively about us because she had to ask us so many times for a tip.

Ultimately, our child had a really fun birthday and we were pleased with the facility & organization of the event. The employees were hard working and attentive, for sure. But our experience with this particular event assistant left a really sour taste...

I had a party schedule for sunday the 6:30 I arrived at 6:15 to see the other tables still sitting down. I was told my table will be ready shortly. It was still dirty and not cleaned my child name wasnt labeled. Comes 7pm i am still walking around holding my cake waiting for a table to be ready. In the meantime i had the new 99 dollar party package deal. So i literally had to beg for Everything included. I had order pizza which is extra and that was another hassle that took about 30 min of my party time to get ordered. Also the coupon they promised never resent. Than comes the party time. My table was moved with out my knowledge. I had to find where my pizza was nobody knew. Even though it was ordered . Finally had to go pick it up at the window Than when it came around to the party show it was horrible. Half the tables sang happy birthday already . The music wasnt playing at all . We Didn’t even know it was party time. It was so unorganized.(i been to chuck e cheese plenty of times before and never had this horrible experience). It was after 810 before chuckie came out and party was over at 8:30 . Then come cake time i had to ask for more plates i had to ask for forks. Ticket blaster i had to ask and ask to find someone willing to help. I am very disappointed in the service i received. I felt like everything was unorganized. And i will not be recommending anyone to choose the late party time and or the 99 dollar package because you obviously dont matter. And you will waste your time trying to figure out everything then enjoying your...
