I'm absolutely thrilled to share my wonderful experience at Bharath Bazar Indian Grocery store in Atlanta! Went the bharat bazaar this morning and you have to really watch them when they are checking you out at the cash register…. One of items in the freezer was marked lower than the package, the clerk at the register proceeds to tell me that’s the old price. So I said to her, that’s not my problem you did not take the price down. She goes and gets the guy from a room comes out yelling saying, that’s not my problem or product they put price on there. I said sir is this your store, he says yes but not my merchandise…. Then I told him you have to honor the price that’s on your freezer since this is your store. He said something in Indian language, so I got back to him with a reply in English knowing what he said. He shut his mouth and did not honor the price. So I left it. they sell expired stuff and the manager working at the store dennied to replace it …unprofessional customer service.. will never shop here and they store customers credit card info in their system .. he entered the card deatils and it pulled all the transactions… its a fraud business.. dont go to this place

i was wondering whats more gross the fungus on the food or the owners attitude towards his customers ..i think its his attitude.. first he asked for my card to pull details in his system and later denied replacement or refund saying there is no guarantee on frozen food now he is replying telling me not to spread rumors its no rumor i saw it you have all the credit card information saved for every person using their card and now you are justifying yourself .. your customer reviews...
