1.) Have on menu board beyond orange chicken. I asked for it, to be informed discontinued by a female staff at night in drive thru. I asked for manager to question why still on board if no longer available. The male manager informed me it's not discontinued, they just changing brand but haven't received currently. I goes back week later and tonight to be informed no longer having .
2.) Tonight asked for walnut shrimp bowl with chow main n veggies. I asked staff could they add more shrimp I'll pay $1.50. The manager and staff going to say can't do it and if did would be $3.00 for shrimp and $1 for premium. I told them never mind and what's the big issue adding bowl vs. Getting two entrees..
The female night lead inform me it's $2.50 for male and premium upcharge for extra shrimp. I told her know because shrimp add on $1.50 . =out to be almost $4 when 2 entrees plate cost $10 . I'd addressed my concerns to the leads and the male guy said secret shopper has been there this month and not worried. Read moreI want to give a head nod to a manager that I saw working on a Friday night after 9:00 p.m. Mayleen grabbed my attention as soon as I was in line giving me a swift smile sing she would be with me in a few minutes as she helped other guests. I work in the service industry before as well as know what it takes to put in a lot of effort when working later shifts. Most people at this time are ready to go home. She worked with purpose, gave good direction to her teammates, and continue to smile no less than 10 other times in the brief 15 to 20 minutes I was eating dinner. She experienced no downtime and was always finding the next thing that needed to be done and was moving with a high efficiency, that type of positive attitude is contagious and it was very evident that the team moved at a even clip even if everybody else did not share the same enthusiasm, it was very efficient. I have been at other Panda locations where it seems like the manager is always barking and gave off an air of very high stress, this location while she was the person in charge was very smooth and was able to handle everybody's needs efficiently. Their company has an asset in this employee, it's 1 in 100 times if not more as a business professional that I see this kind of enthusiasm at this level of the service industry and I would be a mess not to take the time to give her accommodations as her bosses were not at work at this time.
