Smoothie King — Restaurant in Violet Township

Smoothies are great, when they are consistent. My original review was five stars but was changed due to the lack of consistency. The last few times I’ve been to this Smoothie King location, they don’t fill up my cup all the way. Also, quite often I pay for a 32 oz and they hand me a 20 oz smoothie. I ask them to correct their mistake, and they do, but I just don’t think the young kids working there really even care about the customer. During warmer weather seasons, I typically order smoothies from here two to three times a week, same with my boyfriend. It’s disappointing that when you order your favorite smoothie twice a week, it tastes different, almost every time.

We started visiting this location about 3 weeks ago. The 1st 3 times our smoothies were delicious! The 4th time we had a large order for 6 drinks they only prepared 2, we had then wait for the other 4. They made 2 of the 4 incorrectly, we paid for boosters and they didn't add them. We went another time last week. The smoothies weren't blended all the way they still had large pieces of ice and fruit. We started going to 5th and have yet to be disappointed! We ordered from this location again today thinking if I schedule the order it won't be messed up! WRONG! These smoothies have too much powder in them and the fruit isn't all the way blended!!! I'm done on this location they're terrible. 3 times of terrible service...

It's always refreshing to have a smoothie. Doesn't matter if it's a healthy smoothie. Energetic smoothie, a gut buster health smoothie or just a smoothie treat. You can't go wrong with a smoothie anytime summer, winter or fall or spring. The service here is great. I just saw that they have smoothie bowls now which I had something similar to that at a different establishment services with a smile. Your in and out quick. The only downside I would say would be the menu is so vast that you'll stand there while trying to figure out what you want.
