I’m doing everything in my power not so call and really say something to someone about our awful meal tonight. Only because if I’ve ever called about a bad meal I’m always respectful but after charging over $22 for two combos and serving such crap that we got tonight I would not be so respectful. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! It’s absolutely disgusting. I’ve ordered this for years. Fries as cold hard and old. Never in my life received one like this. I have more respect than to call but this was absolutely Horrible.
UPDATE about a year later, went through and had just as bad of an experience. Our meal was terrible. So this time I reached out via their only way to contact them besides FB which they read your message and then block you or don’t respond. I got an email response to call K* or J* after stating email was the best form of contact and I wrote back a couple times with no responses and so I called and K* was seeming irritated and huffing and getting loud so I hung up. I contacted again via email and no response so I contacted again through their contact form and got a message from H** who I responded back to and again now responses again. There is zero way to contact corporate because they are too big of a company now and customers seemingly are not the priority. When it’s made right it’s good! Read moreCold, limp, fries. Unsweet tea that tasted sweet-ish (and I'm diabetic), order received was wrong. From now on we are opening the sealed bag to verify order accuracy. We ordered two Frisco melts, one with tomato onion the other add onion tomato lettuce. The one with tomato and onions was correct, but the other one had nothing on it. Another major thing is discontinuing a menu item, which is my favorite item, which was the baked beans. However, for several years leading up to covid we would go and pick up an order after work, and there were never, or hardly ever, any baked beans which was a normal menu item. When asked why, they would say first shift had not prepared any for them. That is an unacceptable excuse because managers can see how much of each item they are selling and order appropriately and first shift managers can also have their employees prepare more in advance or at least some. Now the beans have been discontinued altogether. Finally, they used to put their Frisco melts in a container to protect them from getting squashed as well as cutting the sandwich in half to make it more manageable to eat Now they just wrap it in a wax wrapper and put it in the bag.This particular location has gone from a four star to a two star,...

I got two burgers full of bacon which I didn’t ask for and two things of cold fries.I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and the employee on the phone stated that they where really busy at the moment any that the manager couldn’t come to the phone. I then stated that it was regarding my food that I ordered and that them being busy was not my concern, she then asked what was wrong with my order I told her my order had pork on it and I don’t eat pork and didn’t order anything with pork on it. She stated we don’t even sell pork and laughed, I then stated you all sell bacon and it was bacon on my sandwich and that’s pork. She then handed the phone to someone else who was trying to tell me that I ordered something with bacon at which point I told them I have the receipt and my order is correct on my receipt. They did correct my order once I went back to the restaurant so I will give them two stars for that but they workers need to be knowledgeable about what is sold in...
