Crumbl — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I’m giving this location 1 star not because of the quality of the cookies; but the lack of customer service here. I’ve been to this location 3 times in the past two months and the customer service is awful. I walk into this location and it’s two young girls and a guy ( who is usually in his own world). I’m not expecting anyone to come running once counter for conversation; but a simple”Hi, welcome to Crumbl “ or even acknowledging my existence would be nice . And might I add this around 10:30-11:00 ; and they are not busy ! So I head to the kiosk to place my order because let’s be real.. they never ask if I need any help. I placed my order .. nothing . One girl peered at me as she held her head up and again nothing.. mute! Finally , the other young girl walked over and dropped the cookies on the counter and said “ does this look okay”.. at this point I could care less .. I guess $24 dollars for 4 cookies doesn’t warrant good customer service. Cookies are great.. I will drive to another location, where the employees actually speak...

Customer service needs a lot of work. I did curbside, hit that I was there, and shortly after, it gave the message as if I had received the cookies. I waited a few more minutes and still hadn’t gotten them. I gave a call incase they couldn’t find me and clearly, it was an inconvenience. The guy on the phone (name began with a K or a C) said “okay” after I told him where I parked and then silence, so I hung up and waited again. Same guy brought the cookies to the car and just stuck his hand out. No smile, no hello, nothing. Great conversationalist. That attitude is why businesses lose so many...

Not sure about this. Had cookies from another location and they were ten times better. Person standing outside business asking for money. Counter were clean. Was not greeted walking through the door. Like the others I have been to. Cookies where a 5 out 10. Easy off and on. This place I do think is overrated. Especially for the price. 6 cookies will run you around 35$ yes you read that right. One cookies I believe was 7 or 8$. Okay size but not for the price...
