I will NEVER go back to this Chipotle! Today I decided to go in to order my food instead because I always have an issue with the delivery. I’ve never complained, I just brush it off to an honest mistake, maybe they were busy. The delivery was an issue because the portions are SUPER SMALL and when we order and pay for extra meat we get the normal amount or less. The toppings are always incorrect. Always. And it looks like it was just slopped together. So I’m in there today. There was one person in line ahead of me and another man waiting for them to make fajitas to put on his burrito. The girl that was making orders also checked the customers out and helped customers that walked up requesting bags, another for a side of salsa. I wait for her to restock all the bins… This whole process took 20 minutes!! There was one person in front of me and someone waiting for a topping!!! All while there are 4-5 other employees doing everything but helping customers. One lady on the grill, a man doing garbage, the manager changing label dates on food, another guy- I don’t even know what he was doing. To start, I’m sure the employee making orders was overwhelmed and frustrated. Understandable. She was getting no help. The problem was, she was very passive aggressive and rude! She was argumentative with the customer in front of me because she wanted extra cheese on top of the sour cream. Why did that bother her? So get to me, 20 minutes later, and she walks over to start making my food with the same gloves she had on when checking those customers out. I politely asked her to please change her gloves. She instantly got an attitude, takes the gloves off eyeballing me while she’s throwing them in the trash. Then turns around washes her hands and puts on new gloves. She then says, “Do you have allergies?” I responded no. She then says argumentatively, “You had me wash my hands?” I responded, “Yes, because you just came from the cash register.” She rolls her eyes then says, “Alright, what do you want?” I give her my order of 3 bowls. She is aggressively putting the rice and meat in the bowls. When we get to the toppings, she was just slopping it up there. Disgustingly! For example, she took a whole spoon of corn with juice and slopped it on there. It wasn’t appetizing at all! So she finished the bowls and I’m ready to pay. She just slides them down in front of the register and walks off to help the customers that had just walked in before she started making my food. After I had already waited 20 minutes, I was gonna have to wait again while she makes other peoples food ? F that! I walked out! Read moreI've always had issues with this location, whether it has been missing ingredients/food items altogether or skimping on the food. Today's experience was the last straw. My husband, friend, and I had ordered for delivery (1 chicken/barbacoa burrito bowl with chips and guac on the side, 1 barbacoa burrito bowl with guac in the bowl and chips on the side, 1 steak burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side). Upon delivery, we discovered that we had received neither of the two bags of chips, no guacamole on the side OR in the bowl, no tortilla, and the bowls themselves were missing other ingredients we had ordered OR had ingredients we didn't want. We tried to call the location and all we got was a busy tone. We decided to drive up there to receive a refund so we could get our food from a different Chipotle because we had spent over $50 on that food and received nothing that we wanted. When we got there, they said they couldn't give us a refund but would remake our food, so my husband watched them carefully. The person making the food was throwing a fit about having to remake everything, and even more than that, was trying to make all three burrito bowls at the same time without putting ingredients in them in order (no wonder they were messed up the first time.) They almost forgot one bag of chips and would have forgotten the side of guac and the tortilla again except my husband said something about it. Again, the entire time the person making our food was throwing a fit and extremely unprofessional about the whole thing. Got back home with our orders and, surprise, one of the bowls was still missing mild salsa and the other was missing the veggies. It was the least amount of error we'd gotten from them, so we decided to eat what we had gotten the second time around, but we will never order from this location again. The only reason we'd occasionally ordered food from this location up to this point is because they're our only option for delivery. After this terrible experience, though, we'll only order pick-up/dine in from the Lynnhaven location from here on out. We have never had any issues (customer service-wise or order-wise) from the Lynnhaven location, so if you're going to spend your money anywhere, spend it there -- even if it means no delivery options or some extra...
Read moreI really liked Chipotle's, it really saddened me when they had a couple of Closed for Business incidents. Very happy you did what needed to be done to stay in Business. However 2nite mad me think twice. I was more than disappointed. I had ordered extras on 5 different meals, but it didn't happen! I had order extra meat on 2 of the burritos, didn't happened. I had order rice, salsas & corn on the side for each order of my 3 kids which you no kids they all like & dislike different things, didn't happen, but one thing we all like is Cheese, order extra on All, it didn't happen. The white rice was hard & stale, the food did not taste fresh at all & it wasn't very warm. I call to inform staff that I order a bowl and I didn't get flour tortillas which are one of my favorites, but before I could almost say anything the person that answered the phone (male) cut me off, they were VERY VERY LOUD and OFFLY RUDE, Yelling that I didn't just receive my order because they had closed at 10pm & it was now 10:40 & no way! & kept telling me to "STOP TRYING TO PLAY HIM". As I was trying to get a word in, to let him no that my delivery time given to me was 9:44, but the doordash driver text me @ 9:55 & told me that there was a hold up in the kitchen. I had thanked him for communicating that to me... BUT the next thing I heard was NOTHING!!!!!, no sound,someone had just HUNG UP on me!!!!. I am fully aware that given all the problems We, the WORLD are facing today, what I did or didn't receive was not the Big Problem. It's that a person SO VERY VERY RUDE & UNCARING IS PREPARING FOOD FOR ME & MY FAMILY, can I trust them to at least have Integrity in following the Company Safety Rules, it gave me the CHILLS. But I also thought well their not following Company Rules for Customer Service I really don't think so. I'm a very forgiving person.People, myself included foreget things, & make mistakes all day, every day, but given the days which we are living in, KINDNESS, EMPATHY, CARRYING, TRUST, LOVE, & PATINCES & a INTEGRITY is the only thing that as an individual and as a Business is what it's going to take for us to heal & be able to Stand Strong.
