The Annie Pretzel in Williamsburg outlet mall has the worst service the website said they were a open until 9 and I walked in the door at 831 and they said they were closed I said the website said they closed at 9 and they said no we close at 830 I was 1 minute passed and they would not help me and they had a lot of pretzels baked in the display counter I feel they could have sold me what they had I hope they don’t try and sell them tomorrow I wil make sure I let people know the terrible service your store in...

I just came here because my 6 year old really wanted a pretzel all I had was $100 bill, I ordered 2 pretzels with cheese and she already bagged everything up I went to pay she said they don't accept 100 dollar bills. My 6 year old was crying so upset because that's all I had, such a shame they won't take $100 bill it's money and I'm trying to pay for the food but then the employee puts the pretzels back for the next customer I WILL not come back to this...

Every time I go to Williamsburg I have to stop by Auntie Annie's to get the mini pretzels they're the best. What I didn't like about the experience was the young lady took my money out of my hand but when it was time to give me my change the young man put my receipt and my money on the counter as if he didn't want to touch my hand .I was very offended by this.
