Was told by the staff at Reagan Airport I had to scan their QR code to order off their menu. I scanned the one she pointed at on display. After filling out the information, but not being able to find the menu to order, my credit card was hit with a $40 charge and my Credit card company called us to tell us we have a fraud alert on our card and to cancel it immediately. I even asked the staff "can I just order with you?". I was told no. When I informed the staff that my card was now cancelled because of the QR code being bad, I was then informed that I should not have scanned it, they were told by management there was something wrong with the QR reader and I should have put the website in instead. Read moreI ordered a breakfast burrito and was pleasantly surprised — it was decently big and the fillings were balanced and fresh. Considering the ingredients, it was expensive at $11.50, but the price wasn’t that surprising considering the airport location in central DC.
