Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia

This location use to be the best. Even during COVID their customer service was great. Now if you're curbside pick up comes out, you're lucky. I ordered curbside one Saturday morning and 3 curbside side orders that came after me had their food brought out to them by the same person. At no point did the employee come to my car to see why I was sitting in the pick up zone. Since it was a warm day and I had already waited 30 mins and my groceries were getting warm, I left. When I tried to call the restaurant, no answer. You can't complain online to human, only to a automated system that offers points. After several months, I went back today to get 1 sausage, 1 bacon egg croissants and a coffee. After I got home I realized they gave me two bacon sandwiches. I don't eat bacon so there went my breakfast for the day. I'm not sure if it was a change in management but I hope this location improves in the overall service...

I never have good experience here when ever I go. Today I stopped to get coffee. First the girl made it iced when it was supposed to be hot and she sat it down and didnt say anything she walked away tp serve someone else. Then 6 people came in behind me and were served their drinks imidately while I sat for 10 minutes waiting for mine.. When I said something to someone the guy told me the espresso machine was having problems. I asked for my money back multiple times. He then said it would take longer than her making your drink. I finally got my drink 10-15 minutes after I ordered it and the drink was disgusting and complete trash. I would understand lomg waits when busy but they were not busy at all today there were very few people in there. I basically wasted $4 because my drink was undrinkable. I will not be giving this place any more chances...

So disappointed yet again not even worth a “1”. . Third visit in a month and again food issues. Something is always broken there. The rewards were not working. This last time (yet again) the expresso machine was broken so NO coffee drinks. The night manager (owner?) was rude when I asked why the expresso machine was not working again and why NO sign at the register stating no coffee-his response was he saw no reason to - the girls could just say so when asked. I Ordered a croissant sandwich - the croissant was burnt and the sausage not fully warmed, and the cheese sliced was smeared (from burnt croissant) all over the bag. Ordered tator tots and not in the bag. Very poor customer service and quality control check. My friend, same issue with their sandwich. If we had not already left, I would have gone back...
