I’m not sure what happened to this location but it has gone completely down hill. 4-5 employees working and not 1 welcome/greeting, no I’ll be right with you, just folks looking at you and carrying on with whatever they were doing. 2 disappeared to the back. I stood there being the only person in line for 3-4 minutes with no type of service. 2 more people walked in to no type of greeting and began to wait. After another minute or so I just decided to leave. My last experience wasn’t pleasant either they need better employees.
Update to my current experience as of 8/16/2024 Clearly the employees training hasn’t gotten any better. I don’t know what the issue is with the young lightskin girl who works the register but she has one of the most nastiest dispositions I’ve encountered in food services. It’s almost as if someone forced her to be there and she lacks any type of customer service skills. Today I asked for more meat on my sub because I noticed a section of my sandwich didn’t have any on there. Instead of giving me what I asked for, she decided to rearrange the meat on my sandwich to fill the empty part of the sub to make it look like the meat it wasn’t missing. She then smashed my sandwich up when she wrapped it and if I’m paying my hard earned money in an establishment, then I expect to get what I paid for and not try to skimp my order. This location has a lot of negatives that need to be addressed. It’s the closest location to me so I will be back but moving forward I will not be having any type of interactions with her. Read moreAs a customer who comes in town often to visit family, I decided to come to Jersey Mikes on prince William parkway by Boston market and Panda Express. The customer service I received was not outstanding at all. As a GM in Huntsville, AL and relative to the owner I helped build the store from the ground up. I know the rules and I know the types of people we look for in our stores.My story: I walked in and asked for a hot number 9 (due to pregnancy, if it’s necessary to explain) - got the expected we can’t do that and I insisted my meat be heated. The employee refers me to his GM ( a lady with green hair) who also says she can’t heat my meat and “ as you know we’re all franchised.” She further says that despite corporate approving the hot deli meat on the grill in her nearly empty store that “the Washington stores are just different. “ I said ok, well if you can’t grill it can you heat in microwave. I was informed they removed theirs already. I am disappointed not only in the lack of customer service because I couldn’t get what simple request I asked for but also no further suggestions were made to accommodate. Why not suggest a hot sandwich if that’s the case ? Nevertheless, this is not how I expected my experience to go in a Jersey Mike’s at ALL. I wonder how Peter or even John would feel about this experience if they stood behind me and the employees and GM let me walk out.

I Got To The Restaurant 8:40pm Knowing They Close At 9pm So Order Me The Sub, They Prepared It, I Pay For It And The Young Lady As Do u Want a Bag I Said No I will Eat It Here, 2 Minutes Of Sitting Down Eating My Sub, One Of The Guys The Work There Came And Said Sir We Close In 4 Minutes, I Told Him As Soon As I Finish The Half Of My Sub I Will Leave, As I am Finishing Another Work Specific Young With Dread Locks Scream SIR, SIR , SIR, I Turn From My Table And He Was In the Counter, I Said I am About To Finish The Last Piece Of The First Half Of the Sub, He Got An Attituted So Bad, Started To Scream And Said It Is 9pm You Need Get Out, We Are Close, I Got Up From The Chair And I Said Why You Have To Scream And Talk Like This, He Got So Mad, Started To Get Louderd You Need To Get Out And Louder, I Said You Better Lower Your Voice And Dont Have To Talk Like This, One Of The Young Ladies Told Him To Cone Down And Was Hold Him, He Was Going To Come At Me Like He Was Going To Hit Me, Wow I Said, This Is Horrible Place To Come Eat And This Young Kids Dont Know Customer Service & The One Young Lady Took The Phone And Called The Manager Saying I was Not Leaving The Restaurant Which Was a Lie, SO THIS PLACE NEEDS A MANAGER at Nights Since This Kids Dont Know How Treat Customer....DONT...
