My daughter and I LOVE Jersey Mike’s subs. It is our ‘go to’ place for the original Italian sub. Even though all of the stores make the same sandwiches, not all taste the same. We have our favorite locations and will go out of our way for one store over another. To our delight, one opened up about a month or so ago (we found this gem of a store today), and very close to our house! I ordered on the app and picked it up at the store (first time ordering online and will continue doing so from here on out, just for the convenience of it). It was packaged and ready to go when I walked through their door. Unfortunately, there was, what we deemed, too much oil and vinegar on the sandwich (for most people it would have been perfect but we like a very little amount). I had called the store to ask if it was possible to bring them back and have them remade. I was just asking to have the meat moved onto new bread but he remade both sandwich’s! This wonderful man (I’m sorry I did not get a name but I will next time 🙃) sliced new meat and added all new toppings. I had worked in the restaurant industry for many years and do not like to bring food back but I am so happy I did! I got to meet a few staff members and possibly the owner? I can tell you, this store is now and for as long as we live within 20 miles of this store, my new favorite place! The remade sandwich is the best sandwich I’ve ever had!!! Read moreI've been to this location several times with no issues. The staff has always been wonderful and helpful. Tonight, I went to pick up an order I placed online. The order wasn't on the pick up stand, and the 3 employees were busy with orders so I waited in the normal order line. When it was my turn, I said I was picking up an order. The employee helping me said to go to the pick up counter. When I got there, he handed me my order that was behind the counter and after I took the order, stared at me while pointing up at the big pick up sign. Yes. I can read. My order wasn't there so I decided it would be more polite to wait in line rather than flagging over an employee who was clearly busy working on another order. Read moreTried to get dinner from here tonight around 7:30 pm. When we walked in, a woman who appeared to be the manager said, "no,no,no" and gave us a look that was NOT friendly, to say the least. I asked if they were still open and was told they were. When the same lady asked, with an attitude, what she could get us, we decided it would be best for us to go elsewhere. There was another customer in the store who witnessed this exchange and just kept shaking her head "no". The station was a mess, which may indicate they had just finished a dinner rush.
