My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at this Jimmy John’s location. All of the staff were extremely helpful in helping us decide how to satisfy our taste buds! Everyone was super friendly and personable. Great professionalism! Their service is about the quality! They’re fast and efficient!!! I went with the #5 VITO Sub (suggested by representative) and it was the most delightful quick bite! The prices are great and the food doesn’t sit heavy like most fast food does. Also, if you’ve got a good-sized appetite, this is where you want to be! You’ll probably have some left to snack on, later. Thank y’all so much for the amazing customer service and hospitality. This Jimmy johns is awesome. The guys that work there are so cool. I've ordered delivery a few times very close to closing time and they have never given me a hard time or said they couldn't deliver. I live close by and they are usually at my house within 20-30 minutes at the latest. Everyone who has delivered to my home are always so nice. Once, they even delivered in the pouring rain and had no issue with it. If I call there, they answer the phone, saying "hey, Ms Tina". You just don't get treatment from any restaurants like this now-a-days. I liked the old owner but I really like the new owner even more since they started staying open till 9pm and on weekends. I had never been into a Jimmy Johns and I have never ordered my own sandwich, have had them at parties. And when a friend of mine and I went into this store for lunch one day I was pleasantly surprised. The manager and the staff treated us like we were family, helped me out by explaining the menu and they were very fast. The sandwich I had was amazing and had me talking about it to all my family and friends. They get a bad rep because they don’t toast their sandwiches but for the price, size of my sandwich, and the quality ingredients on my sandwich I didn’t even care. I would definitely recommend this...
