I'm very dissatisfied with this location. On Christmas Eve I verified the holiday hours which was 8pm. I planned on an easy dinner so I placed an online order at 6pm. It was for pick up at 730. I had my son go to pick it up and the door was locked, he went to the drive-thru and saw someone cleaning they looked at him and continued cleaning, he got their attention and when they came to the window he was told that they were out of chicken. My son explained that we had placed an order an hour and half ago so that our dinner would be ready. The associate said the system doesn't let them know about orders untill right at pick up time which makes no sense as it then becomes not really any different from just walking in, and that basically it's to bad that they ran out of chicken. Though he did at this time say he had some wings and drumsticks 11 of them but had no biscuits and didn't have the sides we ordered. He then proceeded to put the dried out chicken that had been sitting out in a bucket and gave it to him and told him he was sorry for not having what we ordered and that he was not going to charge us. When my son got home there was a receipt stating my card had in fact been charged. I understand a business before a holiday running out of food but we left contact information as an email and cellphone it would have been nice to know this beforehand. Also giving 90 minutes lead time it's poor business to not follow up. Then to promise to not charge my card only to be charged. This KFC ruined my family's Christmas Eve dinner then lied about not charging us for failing to have our ordered items. I would just want others to know about this. Read moreWe live about 20 minutes away from this location, closest one to our house, felt like having KFC and decided to take the drive. Never again. We ordered the 12 piece family meal, which came to over $33. The side orders was what we first noticed. When we got home we found that we received only one gravy instead of 2 for our 2 mashed potato orders, the gravy tasted and looked like beef stock, and only 1 1/2 bowls instead of full two bowls of potatoes. The cole slaw seemed too sweet, and like the gravy, it seemed their own KFC recipe was not used. The chicken was eatable, but just so - again did not have that KFC recipe taste. Finally, we noticed that we were never given a receipt. We tried calling this location to complain, but no answer. We then decided to call corporate to at least log our complaint.
