I recommend going to the Taco Bell at 11017 Nokesville Rd instead of this one. The quality and speed is 10x better.
I have been going here for years. These past few months, everything has been atrocius.
First and foremost is the lack of service. It would seem as if none of the people there speak English good enough to understand an order or simply do not care enough to get an order right anymore. I order online, select extra cheese on two of my burritos, and got extra beef and no cheese. I selected add chipotle sauce on two other burritos on this same order, and there's none. This is not the first time this has happened, as I constantly order the same order over and over, and get results that are wrong. This is the order that finally made me give up and write a review.
Second, every time I go in to pick up my order, I wait at least one or two minutes before going "excuse me" over and over. Only getting their attention when I spund angry, and rightfully am. I am being purposefully ignored, and I have reason to suspect it is because I am White.
When I order online and go to the drive through to avoid this, it takes them upwards 10-15 minutes to give me my order despite the website saying "order ready". The heat of my food suggests they just make it there when I go to the a.i. powered kiosk to check in for my order. And it's still wrong.
I understand people are not perfect, but these are consistent issues that should not...
Read moreThis is a feedback to make them aware that when people put special orders. You need to be careful about them. I ordered a Ckn Quesadilla w/o Jalapeño sauce and guess what was in there? I ordered this for my 3yo son. I did try for him to eat it but he said “spicy” so I proceeded to give him the hard taco that came with the combo. Everything was good until I found a long black hair which I know for a fact it wasn’t mine because I have bleach lavender purple hair. I placed this order online which I thought was going to be easier with the process. I did waited 20plus mins on drive thru but I was not bother by it because I do understand when it gets busy, it gets busy. I want to let the STORE MANAGER aware of this and ask for the upper bosses for help. This is not the first nor second time there is always something wrong with my order. Read moreI waited in the drive thru for AN HOUR. It took 30 minutes to get to the speaker and 30 minutes to get to the window to get my food. I work in the food industry so I get it but an hour? We received no apology or anything for the inconvenience or any compensation for our time at that. Our food was cold and hard. Not only that but the lack of customer service acting like I’m an inconvenience is insane to me. Acting like doing the job that you get paid for is such an inconvenience. I wasn’t even going to bother going in to complain because all they had were incompetent teenagers working and I bet it would’ve been another hour before I’d get to talk to a manager who I bet is another incompetent teenager. I doubt management will reach out to me over this. Stop hiring lazy teenagers and hire people who actually want to work and do their job. There’s a reason why so many people can’t get jobs right now and it’s because the lazy teenagers get hired over the hard working...
