Quickway Japanese Hibachi - Manassas — Restaurant in Virginia

I love having quickway as my after work meal. Very good, filling and it’s easy to get since it’s so close to home. What I don’t appreciate is adding something onto my order when I said no. The manager was doing my order, accepted my cash and finished the order. But once I see that was charged extra for extra chicken ($3.05 by the way) I asked for a refund on just that part because I clearly had said no to adding that. He proceeds to tell me no and that it’s just how it is now. This experience has changed the way I go and order. Should I do pick up? Should I use card? I was in having lunch today for about the 15th or 16th time since It first opened, also have friends that I have sent in there. The hibachi chicken was extremely dry I showed Lina at the counter that I did not eat very much of it because it was not very good I asked for a refund she basically told me that she wasn’t gonna do anything I ask for a manager they don’t have one I asked for a corporate telephone number she couldn’t give me one. I have never had a problem in this place before but I will never be back and I will let my six or more friends that go there know my experience. I’m highly disappointed with the way they do business. The quality of food is beyond poor and the customer service is awful. I can’t believe this location hasn’t been shut down. A close friend of mine recently got food poisoning there and the workers are acting as if they are not responsible and what’s even more absurd is they know they are a regular customer and continue to be unapologetic and not understand the severity of the situation . The necessary people will be contacted because there sanitary level is a Quickway to near death. I advise people to avoid this place...
