This morning i tried using my 1.50 deal for my frap off my phone and i havenât touch the deal on my phone at all yet. it confused me to the point were the code and deal was on phone before i even click on the deal. i refreshed my phone while getting into the McD line as soon as i got to the speaker the app was telling me i had to wait 15 minutes to use the deal I was intending To use but never actually touched it to use it how pathetic was that glitch. btw I use this deal every single day. I didnât even use it so since i couldnât use my deal i decided to still get my coffee even though the deal was not chosen on my phone in the first place in the process of wanting to get my deal I gave the male manager another code and this was for the points only. Manager said word for word âidk that is a problem with your app I canât do nothingâ how tf is it my app itâs has McDonald name on it I gave him the second code for my points. the male manager was rude, Impolite and was honestly a horrible human being he was only trying to get my money out of my hand and into the register and instead of telling me my second code didnât work he didnât even tell me it didnât work so I didnât even get to receive my point for 4.80 coffee that I usually pay 3.18 for every morning. Donât come to this McDonald employees are rude and they donât make anything right they take so long on bringing the orders and out just leave the order sitting there to get cold and old.    Read moreUpdate today Does not mark differences ordered 10 double cheeseburgers and 4 big macs both made two different ways with what's on them. Can't tell what's what without opening other peoples food and digging through the burger... Not sticker tags like other McDonald's.
Past...Today wasnt bad had decent service and food. Would update stars from past experiences but just no soda machines in lobby. Why do we have to go to the counter for refills waiting with other trying to get food. Will say if mc Donald's already charges more for their sodas then they did and if they change soda refill access and charges for each soda eventually my family and I will definitely stop going to mc Donald's.

   Read moreCame to McDonaldâs for a curbside. Again curbside parking was blocked so I went inside. The âmanagerâ said my order was unpaid for and I was on stage que to get my food. Although I had a receipt with paid for order and my bank account already pulled the money for said order. He asked me to give him My phone for what reason Iâm unsure because I was showing him all the information for the receipt and order. He still continued to argue my order was unpaid and i asked if he could read and see that wasnât the case. My thoughts were confirmed with the unable to read part because I ordered a sweet tea, and he gave me unsweetened. The simple fix would be to keep the curbside pick up spots available for those picking up, so when people do arrive they can correctly put in their parking spot and orders can be placed correctly.
