I came in here on a Sunday, I ordered my sons food and was told the promotion I had didnāt include cheese.To which I replied thatās fine Iāll pay the cheese slice additionally to be added to the burger.She proceeded to cash me out to which I than realized she charged me an additional 1.59 for a burger which my coupon covered for free, when I called her over so we can go over it she came so aggressively yelling telling me I told you I was going to charge you for cheese, taken back by how angry she was for asking about the charge, I said yes I know I see that charge for .75 cents here on my receipt but thereās also another 1.59 charge. I tried to show her the receipt line for line and go over it together she was so aggressive and angry saying no your wrong I know what Iām doing till she actually looked down and realized she didnāt apply the promo hence the 1.59 charge for the burger that was free. Once she realized she snatched the receipt out my hand didnāt say a word or an apology and went to the register and under her breath said to another cashier ā I didnāt apply the promo so I charged her extra can you refund herā she walked back to her area didnāt say a word to me. As I was getting refunded by the other cashier I saw that what I thought was my coupon was sitting by the register not cut off, I thought it was mine and wanted my remaining promos so i kindly asked maāam is that my coupon sheet? She again reacted so angry and aggressive over a simple question and starts yelling about how how other people come in and Iām not the only one who used a coupon etc just yelling about it. Iām like maāam Iām asking a simple question Iām just not sure if it was mine or not and since I just left the register I assumed it was mine. A simple yes or no wouldāve been sufficed you donāt need to be so mean and angry. She continues to start yelling even more to where I finally reacted and said She needs to calm down and go on a break if sheās to overwhelmed or having a bad day. Customers shouldnāt be a punching bag when your having a bad day. Just how I treat people respectfully I expect them to act with respect. People make mistakes but you donāt have to get mad at me after you over charged me and became mad because I questioned you about it. I asked for her name she refused so I took a picture of her. Come to find out sheās the manager. I couldnāt be more appalled. On the way out of ran into another customer who was just there and said they had a dispute similar earlier and that lady was so rude to them also. When the old location closed they should have marked it closed on here and added a new entry. Changing the information to the new one is a great disservice to the new location. When you just update it you keep all the old photos of the old location. So when people pull it up they see an old run down McDonald's that was built in I'm guessing the late 80's early 90's and still looks like it instead of the brand new modern restaurant that looks new and inviting.
Not to mention all the reviews that were for the old location. Which again is not fair to the new location.
I tried to update the old location as closed with pictures showing it was closed but no one at Google actually looks at them and just denies it. I also tried to add the new location and again no one actually looked at it they just denied it.
I know this may seem petty and strange but I care about my community and want people to have proper information, something Google also used to care about.
Anyway, to the owner of this location I hope you read this and can fix it otherwise part of all that money you spent will be wasted on anyone looking for a nice new McDonald's that looks on Google Maps...

I had a mobile order going through the drive-thru and the older Spanish lady at the window refused to take it , I placed a regular order (still having the mobile) & go to the window where another older Spanish lady (heavy eyeshadow) refused to give me my order saying I didnāt pay when I used cash and wasnāt provided a receipt and she wasnāt even at the paying window , very strange ?? They were going back and forth talking while I was stuck at the window with no order waiting forever , Iwas there for almost 15 minutes & it was a fight to get my order and she didnāt even give me the whole thing + got the order wrong ! I wish I checked but I was so upset in the interaction & I didnāt even get any sauce and she said I had to pay for each one. 3 Spanish women were dealing with me and they were all incredibly rude. I had the window slammed In my face at least twice in that experience. I barely got my mobile order they refused to even look up the number I waited there so long I almost felt like I was being discriminated against. I would not recommend!
