If I could give zero Stars I would never really had a problem with this McDonald's until today when I tried to order breakfast pulled up to the drive-thru and they asked how can I help you as soon as I started giving them my order number another lady came on and said please wait your turn rudely so when I tried to explain that someone had already been helping me or ask how they can help me she again then said I needed to wait so when I pulled around to the window I did try to explain and I can't help whatever their automated system does when you pull up in the the lady Jamie who claimed to be the manager was very rude would not give me a refund and only gave me my receipt she must be new I ain't never seen her working at this McDonald's and she was very rude unprofessional even in front of other customers needless to say I will be making a complaint to corporate because she would not refund me and according to the app it states that you need to go to the store that you ordered from and submitted payment to get your refund and I even called the store and asked and was told by one of the workers there who answered that I just needed to come into the store and they would give me my refund however that's not how it worked instead once again the Jamie girl who supposedly is the manager was rude to me in front of other customers and when I tried to hand her my receipt she just dropped it on the ground and said there was nothing she could do for me. Been going to this establishment for about 20 years, and it's always been really iffy on their service. I waited 45 minutes on one order before. It definitely reflects the awful service the Range is known for. You can get good service, but not at all regularly. Have gotten food poisoning from this establishment more than once. It's better to go to Holiday for burgers or Arbys. Probably a better value too. Pretty much done with this establishment. It really needs to revamp it's business practices. Certainly needs to train their staff with real training videos. Not interactive cartoons made for small children. Teenage staff is usually clueless. When questioned it after looking at receipt, manager came and asked - he asked for the sandwich (which was fine) and then said they would put the bacon on and give the sandwich back. One - he could have asked what would have corrected the situation, such as if I wanted a new sandwich or if they could put the bacon in a box and give it to me (which I would have been fine with). I was not ok with them taking my sandwich and handing it back, but never got the chance to voice that since he walked away from the conversation. Two - the original girl that it was brought up to, totally walked away mid conversation when the receipt was questioned. Very rude and unprofessional.
