McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

I got home after a long day of work and Dr. Appt.I stopped to pick up food from the Prince Willaim Parkway McDonald's. Even though a small order they forgot my 6pc nuggets. I had to drive 15 mins back on the parkway and you know how traffic is in the evening. This Manager who I wish I got her name, told me I took two hours to show up for my missing order and she has satisfied me since she approved giving me my nugges I had paid . I asked her to look at the receipt since she can't tell time since she was acting smart, rude and saying basically that I was lying , It was 43 mins Lady! 30 mins of going and coming and waiting infront of a women putting a large order at the window. I am not dropping everything at home to run over to you either or looking at my iorder because your staff screwed it up. All I asked from them fir the hassle if they can throw in large fries since they go cold and stale. She said, you should have called first. Why didn't I call? Seriously! Now is that the policy McDonald's? I felt she was repameding me for their error and I was in awe! I was not happy and learned my lesson, please check your order before wasting gas and a trip. Their food is gone 2x the price and it's McDonald's for goodness sake, not chickfila. The food sits for 30 mins and literally turns to brick. So why do I bother going their? They also have your orders going to the wrong car without verifying. MY $44 DOLLAR order went to a guy who just ordered fries that was just waiting where they asked me to park some time ago. I guess that's my fault too! Fix...

The staff was very rude, I asked a person for ketchup and bbq sauce she was at the register, did not even acknowledge me, then I asked another person walking out of the behind the counter section, I don’t think she understood me so I asked her in Spanish, not a reply just went to get what a I asked. No reponse not a “ok I’ll get it”, much less a “you’re welcome” when I was about to leave I went to the counter to ask for a paper bag, No one noticed I stood there like 4 straight minutes until the boy who was servicing the curb side pick up orders walked in and I asked him. Also some lady with a thick accent (the same lady that ignored me at the registered) was being so mean to the poor boy.

That same lady was rude to a customer who was there with his little daughter because his Apple Pay didn’t go through and asked very rudely “you don’t have cash?!!” I saw how that made him uncomfortable, like it was his fault!

Not again will I go there. I thought it would be nice the place looked clean and almost no one was there, but I guess this is why. Employees...

Today I had a bad experience at this restaurant, I placed a takeout order on the curb side, it took almost 10 minutes to bring my order and when they finally took it the order was incomplete and when I told the employee, she responded this was her order and I told him no, there is a burger missing here, to which he responded, they made a mistake inside, then he came back with the missing burger, but there were still some small fries for my daughter to which I said let me go inside and talk to the manager, and it turned out that it was the same girl who had come out to leave my order, I asked her for the manager and she said it's me, she didn't have your name to which I asked, excuse me, what is your name and she answered why I don't see you. her identification and she answered me, no one uses that, so I received my fries, I left there and found out the name of this disastrous manager named "Stephani", I don't know if it's spelled like that but I think she is a manager with 0 knowledge of customer service, definitely the worst experience with...
