McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget and small fry with BBQ sauce for the nuggets. The car in front of me, myself, and the car behind me were asked to pull up and someone would bring our order out. We sat quite awhile, so the 1st person asked to pull up went inside and got their order themselves. They got to their car, looked in the bag, and ended up having to go back in as something was incorrect with their order. My order was finally brought out, and the girl confirmed I ordered a 6 piece and small fries. She went back in the store, and my Granddaughter tells me they only gave her 4 chicken nuggets. I too had to go inside to show them the box said 6 piece yet only had 4. The young man hands me a new box with 6 nuggets. I ask can I please have 1 more bbq sauce as 1 is not enough for 6 nuggets. He proceeds to tell me I will have to pay for another one. My money was still in the car, so I told him I didn't have time for all that. I mean really??? I went through the drive thru as my knees have bone rubbing on bone, and it's painful to walk. Yall made the mistake which caused me to have to come inside , yet you can't give me ONE extra pack of BBQ sauce??? Seriously! Poorest customer service I have EVER received at a McDonalds. Not only my order, but the order before mine was messed up. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Wow. I DO NOT recommend this...

My years of working as a manager at McDonalds in Cali and Ft .Sill, and Hawaii these are the most awesome McDonald's I will love to take my kids too .but traveling from TN to here in Virginia we were hungry for a bite of some food cause traveling far to a family emergency make us hungry with our kids got here late last night and we came to this one right next to the hotel we gng to stay at. Omg never in my life never ever had these kind of employees, manager she's straight up telling us she only can take $30 worth of order, but knowing that I have kids they are hungry and she didn't know I used to work as a manager for McDonalds within 17years .the point I'm trying to get to to all fellow customer's know what McDonalds are capable of, if u turn in food that's cold they will do bad thing abt it, i know I seen it with my own two eyes. But remember let them know without us as a customer they will not have a $$$$$$. Pls CEO of McdoMcDona check on y'all store make sure to follow up on some manager cause some they don't take their job seriously. And pls know who y'all hire cause not all are the same. The young lady at the first window " who takes your money, didn't give me my receipt" after I asked for it, she informed me they had my receipt at the next window. I moved up to the next window,and my order was wrong, then she asked me for my receipt. I couldn't believe it. Then about 10 employees come to the drive thru window to look at me"" the customer with the problem. I was being as nice as possible" although I was upset. I asked the manager on duty could she just give me my missing sandwich." she made a mountain out of a mole about it. She just didn't want to do the right thing { give me my sandwich and let me go}.
