McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

I am so tired of this McDonald's. Tonight is the last straw and I will not be going back... I usually end up at McDonald's at least once a week.... The last 2 times they gave me selzta water instead of sprite. Tonight, when I went through the drive thru, they neglected to give me a receipt (not a big deal, except...) when I pulled up to the pick up window. The lady handed me a bag and a happy meal box, the juice for the happy meal and a soda. Then when I sat there waiting for the rest of my order, she opened the window and asked in a very snappy way what? I told her I was didn't get my salad or the other two drinks... the manager could be seen and yelled get her receipt since she doesn't know what she ordered! Well, I did know what I ordered (it takes me a bit to respond, ad I am recovering from a brain injury). When I repeated what I had told the person at the window, she said you didn't pay for that and tried to take the drink I had back from me... After retrieving a printout of the receipt she looked at it and kept saying you got that, you got that... Finally, she realized that I was indeed missing things. She finally handed me the missing drinks and one straw- I have 3 drinks and I am the only erson in the car. She didn't offer me a drink carrier nor did she give me time to ask for one as she closed the window and walked away from it. I don't care so much that I have to drive home balancing a drink between my legs or that we didn't get straws, but her attitude was quite rude and disrespectful and that isn't how you treat people (at any time) when you are in a customer service type...

Previous visits, service time was quick and food was always hot and tasted great. However, recently I've noticed a decline in service and the last visit was the final straw that's making me write my review.

The drive-thru cashier was incredibly rude to us when we asked a question about a new combo deal, forced our order through when we weren't even done ordering - literally as we tried to order our second item, we saw the screen change that said to complete the order and when we told her we weren't finished ordering, she basically said tough luck and to move to the first window. When we did, she was incredibly rude, tried to get us to pay before we finished our order, and gave us attitude the whole time. We still aren't sure what we did wrong to deserve the treatment as the attitude changed after we asked if whether or not fries came with the combo deal.

It was a very disappointing experience considering we've been ordering from this location since we moved here last year. Other most recent visits, the other people taking the order at the drive-thru always sounded like they were upset we were ordering and were just generally snarky but I brushed those visits off as I figured the employees were new and stressed because we could hear someone else helping them with the POS system through the speaker. Previously, this location has been fine and we were really pleased to go here because the food was always hot and the drive-thru was...

To say that I am disgusted is an understatement. I already hate thus county as is but I was here visiting my mother in law while she is in the hospital, it was getting late and unfortunately the only thing really open was this crappy mcdonald's. My order was simple. I got a 5.00 meal deal with a small ore mcflurry. . Big mistake. It took 10 minutes for someone to come to the drive through to order my food. Another 10 min to get my food. When I got to the 2nd window the young black girl was in the process of making the mcflurry. She threw my food down on the counter and put maybe maybe a sprinkle of oreos on top of the mcflurry and then slammed the cup down again. She then proceeded to open the window and hand me my food. Once she did that she then LICKED HER DAMN hand and then touched her face and the handed me my mcflurry cup!!! I was absolutely disgusted by this. Like seriously who does that.. i am furious over thus situation and will be speaking to corporate in regards to this matter!!! Warning yall don't eat here the staff is rude. The building is nasty and the customer service is...
