Paisano's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

This locations problem is operations and quality control fail. The food is good but my last 5 deliveries was inaccurate and/or not prepared well. Is anyone checking the food before the delivery person leaves to make sure the order is correct, food is prepared and packaged well? I love the location near my job old in Reston. High quality food and delivery was good and accurate. Woodbridge is not the same caliber and frequently disappoints. I give up. I'm done with this location.

Order #5: The sausage and pepperoni pizza. Not a big enough problem for me to call but consistent quality issues is enough for me to finally write a review. Two full slices with no sausage? And this is the order I received after speaking with the Sr Manager about a problems from my last order. He gave me a credit because of my previous issues, but is the pizza prepared well for a customer with recent quality and delivery issues?

Order #4: Missing garlic bread with my Italian entree

Order #3: Ordered side salad with my Italian entree. My salad was put on top of my oven hot pasta- the result was a disgustingly warm, wilted salad and dressing. Simple solution put very hot items and very cold items in two separate bags.

Order #2: Delivery was close to reaching to over an hour and a half. The tracking app showed the driver going in circles. Called the store, they told me the driver is lost and that I should come and get it from the store- after I have prepaid for delivery including a tip for the driver. I get a call back after I am already half way to the store that the driver found my house.

Order #1: Ordered Baked Spaghetti, but received garlic spaghetti. Called the store, they told me they are busy and instead sending the driver back out they will give me a credit for the baked dish for my next order if I call the store. The next order, I call and realize they only gave me partial credit for the replacement entree so I ended up paying for...

Very frustrated with this place. Although I really like the food I'm beyond annoyed that they forget my Blue cheese &/or extra hot sauce almost EVERYDAY time!! Seriously. Last wk I got an order, paid 4 X BC & hot s & just got the blue cheese. This has happened at least 4 other X!! I've complained & git free orders twice. Tonight, AGAIN, no BC! That's not the worst of it. The Mngr-Trevor not real great customer service skills. Reg Mngr has been great/ I overly accommodating. This guy just said "sorry, we'll send some BC out." After I just explained that my pizza was also cold & I would now have to eat cold wings once my BC arrived. So I called back & asked could he please make & send fresh wings w/my BC. He says "yes we'll do that." I had to heat up all my food as I wasted 15 min on this!! This was a 38. Order. I told him how irritated I was. Ok, here's the real kicker!! Delivery guy asked 4 the old wings back! Seriously? After this aggravation I should at least be compensated somewhat. Nope. I got exactly what unpaid for- COLD & had to beg 4 that! Wth would they want the old wings back 4? To throw away? I should've thrown them on the lawn. So... Is their food good? YES. I love their wings- hence the reason I keep putting up w/this BS! Their steak subs r also quite good. So I'm torn... Guess I'll just order take out so I can check I get my sauces. Which means I'll be ordering from them far less!! Paisanos- get this straight.
