I recently dined at Pho Towda in Fairfax, and I had a delightful experience. The restaurant boasts a clean and modern decor that creates a pleasant ambiance. The staff provided exceptional, friendly service, making me feel right at home. I tried the grilled pork rolls, and they were delicious, offering a perfect blend of flavors and textures. The star of the show, their signature Pho Tho Da, was also quite enjoyable. However, there is some room for improvement in this dish. While it was good, I believe a few tweaks could elevate it to perfection. Overall, Pho Towda is a fantastic dining option in Fairfax with a welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and tasty Vietnamese cuisine. I look forward to returning and trying more of their offerings in the future.

I recently searched for a good Pho restaurant in the Fair Lakes area and stumbled upon this one. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived. We started with TD Signature Rolls for our appetizer and then ordered the Pho Tho Da for our main course. The Stone Bowl Pho (Pho Tho Da) was particularly delicious on a cold and windy day, as it could keep its hot temperature longer than traditional bowls. Their signature rolls with seasoned pork were also excellent - freshly made, crunchy, and tasty. We received good service and enjoyed all aspects of the place, and we are looking forward to revisiting and trying other dishes soon.

Update: I can’t stop thinking about their sandwiches and I go weekly now! They are new so they have some hiccups but I’ll ignore that for now since I know opening a new business is hard; they need to fix the number connected to google and have bread ready by lunch. The pho is fire tho and the meat is NOT dry! I normally don’t like pho bc the meat. The soup was full of flavor.

If you want authentic pho with unique flavors in every taste this is the place. I have never enjoyed pho so much until this place opened. Also the coffee is amazing along with the TD Signature Rolls with chicken and pork ! Had a wonderful experience at Pho Towda during their soft opening. We ordered the signature rolls and stone bowl signature pho. The rolls had NY strip steak inside and an eggroll, which was a nice combination of crunchy with the freshness of your usual summer rolls. We also had the stone bowl pho for the first time here. The broth was really aromatic and tasted very clean. The service was top notch and everyone was very kind and happy to answers the questions we had.
