By far the worst tacobell experience Iāve ever had. Iām beyond disappointed. Came in and ordered dine in on the touchpad, came to almost $50, then waited, and then continued to wait, and waited even longer, it took almost 45 minutes for us to get our food, I counted 8 people that have come in and left before we got our food. When we brought this up we were told (in the snarkiest tone) āwell I came up here to see who was waiting on what orderā cool. But that doesnāt matter. Iāve been in fast food, and have managed fast food before, I know that orders should be processed in the order in which they were received, I understand understaffing and how busy things can get, but waiting 45 minutes for tacobell is ridiculous, when we FINALLY received our order we were still missing items. Almost all items in our order were below the already low tacobell standard. Seriously?!?! Iām not asking for perfection, I came to tacobell. Anyways the burritos were basically a ball, more tortilla than any stuffings, the quesadilla was dry, brought it up to the counter and asked āwhereās the chipotle sauceā and got āit wasnāt on the truckā so in the 45 minutes we were waiting no one had the decency to tell us that there was no chipotle sauce (which didnāt make sense since other items in the order had the sauce in it) we got a refund for the quesadilla, but in reality I want a refund for the whole order, the place was disgusting (forgot to mention I saw an employee come and wipe tables with a bone dry paper towel, and completely missed the only table and bench that actually needed cleaning 3 TIMES) Iām absolutely never coming to this location again, if you want tacobell go to the location by the paper moon, across from Rosieās, yeah thereās a wait but their store is clean, our order is always right, and everyone there is respectful. This is absurd, I expect a call...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis had to of been my worst Taco Bell experience so far. I am simultaneously surprised and disappointed in the staff at 6:30 PM on 2-28-24. Drive through orders were taken one at a time in the rain; one person sits with their window open getting soaked for 1-2 minutes. They then start their order. Go up, pay, leave. Next person puts in their order. Highly inefficient given the clear non-lack of staffing. Upon getting home, napkins were put together in what looked like a used ball into the bag (Appeared to have been used to wipe something prior to being put in the bag). All of the food was cold and didn't keep temperature which is definitely not standard. I can attest to this as when I got home for my burrito, the cheese wasn't melted which is a massive red flag. This means the meat has to be contaminated as it should have maintained temperature enough to at minimum melt the cheese. Clearly was in the food danger zone prior to serving. This is a massive health violation and I highly suggest management take a look into this. I had to throw away my food as the potatoes were even mushy and cold. It is not a cold day outside, there is 0 excuse for cold food, especially within a 3 minute drive. I will go to other Taco Bells for now on, now that I know this place doesn't follow basic food safety; reasonably assumable other measures aren't followed if something as basic as temperature keeping isn't managed. I am disappointed that management is unable to train staffing correctly in maintaining...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to 2 Taco Bells because the customer service is so bad. The first t/b on Midlothian across from Rosie's. Went up 2 The counter a female approached talking 2 her co-workers and stood there didn't saying anything for minute. I ask her are U going 2 take my order? Still didn't saying anything. I started telling her what I wanted and she did not get my order right. I ask to speak 2 a manger. She went 2 the back to talk to the manger And both of them were chatting Like I wasn't there. I left. I think they hired 2 children for this place. I Came after 6pm. I think they seriously need to hire a new staff with right attitude for business. I am done This Taco Bell location and 2nd Location at sturbridge. My experience with this location was worse. I came in, the guy said U have 2 use the kiosk we are short staff and he was not nice about it. I told him, i don't want 2 use the kiosk can someone take my order? We waited awhile. The guy next to said I just want drink. I said to the guy in back. A customer wants 2 order a drink. Guy in the back said U can't talk to me like that. Do U want your food or not? Again U have people that shouldn't be working for Taco Bell. There are so many places we can go to get food than to put up With bad attitudes from your Employees. I done with this...
