this location does not deserve even 1 star, because of the horrible terrible customer service from Oserbelina, she does not deserve to be in customer service industry. the worst ever experience in Taco Bell, never gonna visit this location, instead of blaming the customer, they should update their system. i bought $36.99 worth of food, i gave $40 bucks cash specially for the rudeness of Oserbelina or whatever, she said my card was not working and she ask for the card again and wrote the card number , i told her not to write the card number, i went inside to pay inside, she said there is a problem with my card, i call the cardmember services the representative said there is no problem with the card, i gave another card then that lady said there is a problem with my other card too, but infact their system was showing server communication error, instead of accepting their error she kept on blaming me . she said bring back the food and you can buy in another place, manager please check the camera and you decide what needs to be done, I think this is the worst customer service...

I know ppl have bad days but man... the customer was a teenager but he calmly pointed out that she had wasted food & there wasn’t a need for that brash of an action . (There’s hope for the future!) but she kind of ignored him & just asked him to repeat the order.
I’ve worked fast food & it’s tough, but you need to have a good attitude. Just seemed like all the employees were trying to do everything...

It took them 15 minutes for them to remake my food, majority of that time being spent arguing. Now their staff has become friendly and doesn't...
