Viet Cafe — Restaurant in Virginia

I have been twice since they opened roughly a month ago. First time was on my own while my wife was out of town, and I ordered the Pork Belly - it was amazing. Today I went back with my wife and we each ordered a Banh Mi - I had pork, and she had chicken. They were both very generous, and quite delicious. The owner is really nice and friendly (the first time I went, the A/C was out, and she went and got a fan to point at my table). These are the same family that owns Pho Viet, also in Forest, and there are a lot of dishes common to both locations, but the specials here at Viet Cafe are out of this world. Also, Diana (daughter of the owners) is an absolute sweetheart. These folks are awesome. Absolutely give them your business. Your tummy...

Can’t believe I have never stopped in here before. The food was perfectly executed. The restaurant was very clean with cool aesthetics. They also offer free Wi-Fi, which was great to be able to get some work done while I waited for my lunch. They also sell coffee and tea. I started with the pork and shrimp wonton crunch outside with piping hot perfectly cooked meat inside. I also I tried the grilled beef sandwich. It was magnificently marinated with super fresh veggies on it with a nice touch of fresh jalapeños...

My family got takeout from here for my sister's Gotcha Day, and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone at the table raved about the fried rice deluxe and vermicelli. I got the shredded chicken pho, and it was fantastic! Tasty broth, crunchy bean sprouts, and great chicken. And the way they packed everything ensured nothing got soggy. Great value, as well!
