I was fed up with the Wendy’s on Richmond Road, so we decided to try the one on Monticello Road—and let me tell you, this location is a game-changer! The team here is amazing: super friendly, attentive, and they actually make your order exactly the way you want it.
Unlike other places, where you might have to deal with mistakes or attitudes, this Wendy’s gets it right every time. Their sandwiches are always fresh, and they take care of the little details, like leaving off mayonnaise or ketchup if you request it. That kind of attention really makes a difference.
One time, I had an issue with the mobile app. I had money loaded in it but couldn’t pay because the app wasn’t working. The staff went above and beyond trying to troubleshoot it, and when nothing worked, they didn’t even charge me! That level of customer service is rare these days.
If you’re looking for a Wendy’s that delivers on quality, friendliness, and fresh food, Monticello Road is the one to go to. Highly...
Read moreBeing a employee of a neighboring business, i went in for lunch. I was 3rd in line as i watched Miss Valerie attend to each customer with personalized care. When it was my turn, thanking me for my patience, I proceeded with my two separate orders. As i went to get my drinks, she asked me if i walked or drove over? I told her i drove. She said ok. When i returned to the counter, she had already prepared a drink carrier and put it in a bag. She did this because she didn't want my drinks to spill on my seats, as spill accidents may occur. I was blown away by her forward thinking. As i needed to carry two bags and the drink tray bag. She immediately pulled out the large shopper bag and put everything in the one bag for me. I can't remember EVER going into a Wendys restaurant and coming out COMPLETELY blown away. From the cradle to the grave completely SATISFIED. MISS VALERIE YOU ROCK SIS!!! I appreciate you!!! The food was...
Read moreFew weeks ago, I was there with my three children. We were tired and hungry and if you are a parent, you know what it feels like to have hungry/tired children. So I ordered our food through a driveway and drove straight to pay and pickup. That is when I realized that I actually left the house without my wallet. I was so angry at myself and I apologized to the cashier and told her that I don’t have my wallet with me and started to dive off. Then both she and the manager stopped me and gave me all the food I ordered and told me that this happens and not to worry about it. I swear to God, this touched me so hard that I drove home crying. These strangers who don’t know me, went out of their way to feed me and my kids. They could just throw out the food or sell it to the next customer but they chose to give it to me. So Wendy’s, thank you sooooo much. You have such amazing employees at this location....
