Villa Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Visalia

Im no pizza connoisseur but what we just got was disappointing. We ordered 2 New York pizza's one thin crust one thick crust and a few sides like spaghetti, meatball amd mac and cheese. Non of it had any taste. The mac and cheese is white sauce with overcooked macaroni.. The meatball had no texture from to much additives to stretch the meat, and the pizza was very much UNDERCOOKED. One of them had blotches of sauce that for the life of me I don't understand why it wasn't spread evenly..I'm so frustrated my kids love pizza and they didnt...

I am disgusted! The food is always amazing, however, the man that helped us today (4/11/25 @ apprx 6:52PM, time is apprx because he did not give me a receipt) made the interaction VERY uncomfortable. The middle-aged, latino appearing man went on and on, mockingly, to his fellow male coworker about a woman complaining about "[him not taking her seriously" and stating "it's not [his] fault she doesn't have that title." I am repulsed and genuinely hope this...

Pizza is good..the crust ,sauce is different than other regular pizza places...first time eating here ..I liked it...only thing I thought was a lil pricey I got a combo slice pizza and a side with drink..and got another slice pizza and it was $18 something....( I shouldve went with a whole pizza) Young girl working there very helpful and friendly.. I didnt give 5 stars cuz price overall...
