Update #2: After 4 months no word, nothing in the mail. Worst customer service ever. I will not be visiting this or any other restaurant ever again.
Update: A person from guest relations contacted me March 2nd. They said they would refund me our meal and send a gift card. Today is March 21, and they still have not refunded our meal nor sent us a gift card like they said. Please note that I did not ask for a refund they offered. Still have not received either.
Overview: Terrible Service, Online order was late, and food was cold. No mask wearing in the kitchen. 3rd time this has happened, so this is not a fluke. Long story: The wife and I only eat out once a week, so that one meal a week we try to go all out. One thing we will still not do is eat inside, so we order online (typically) and eat in the truck. I ordered our meal via the app, the order was submitted just before 7pm, and it said it would be done by 730pm. So we did a couple other errands, and arrived in the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings at 730pm. We checked our order progress and saw that it was done. We both walked in, and no host, no counter person to be found. It took roughly 10 minutes before we could even speak to someone about our food. Once we finally talked to the pickup order lady she said they were just bagging it up. So we stepped back, and waited. After 15 minutes some one came out and said my name, then handed me a bag of food. They didn't give us silverware (no big deal at all) so the wife stepped up and asked as I checked the order. The order they gave us was completely wrong. We looked through the bag and saw a name on another bag inside and called out for that person, since the counter worker had disappeared again. So we stepped back after giving that food to the right person, and waited. Another 10 minutes passed before anyone was available to talk to about our food, and right as we said something they came out with our food. At this point it had been 35 minutes after the app said our food was done.
A couple other things that we noticed. All the staff including the mangers decided wearing a mask in the kitchen was not needed. The photo attached to this review shows one of those workers not wearing her mask. The whole time we were waiting she did not have it on (there was a window in the door of the kitchen). The other thing is there was no proper handling of food that I could see. Multiple people were opening boxes with food, looking at it, and then setting it back down. These people were going from handling cash and card then to food WITHOUT washing their hands. Yuck.
So to sum it up, we will never go back to this Buffalo Wild Wings, and most likely never go to another one either. Poor service, they don't care about customer safety (or satisfaction), and the food is...

It's been roughly 3 years since my last review of this location and the first time I have returned.
We arrived on Father's Day and the lot was very empty. At least half of the tables inside were available.
We walked in and waited to be seated. While we waited the crowd behind us continued to grow. After several minutes of waiting, an individual who appeared to be the manager by his attire, walked up to the counter but did not address anyone in the lobby. No greeting or even a "someone will be with you shortly".
Eventually, a server came over and sat us at a booth. There we sat. Nearly 10 minutes later our server came to our table and asked if we had been greeted yet. She then promptly took our drink order and service was decent.
When the food came out, portions had clearly been under the warmer for quite some time while other portions were hot and fresh.
Overall, still a lot of improvement needed.
This place did not deserve to be as busy as it was. We called ahead of time to see if they could accommodate a group of 16 to which they said there would be no problem and that it might take 15 minutes or so to seat us after we arrive. Upon our arrival, there was a sign that was posted "please seat your self" but since we were a larger group we checked in with the host at the front. Small groups of 2 to 4 began to seat themselves in the area they were cleaning for our group and nothing was done to stop them. Our wait time for our group ended up being over an hour before being seated.
Once finally seated, beverages were ordered and soft drinks for the kids were all flat. When we questioned to sever (who was very good and clearly doing the best she could) she informed us that they had forgotten to order a refill on the carbonation tank and all soft drinks would be flat until the tank could be refilled. We changed the soft drinks to lemonade to correct this issue. Bar service was very slow as we were only able to get one drink during our entire meal there and when the food was finally delivered to the table 2 hours later it was brought out in stages and the first part of our party was completely done eating by the time the rest of the group received their food. The food was about 50% accurate on the order. Wings marked mild were in Buffalo, wings that should have had sauce had rub, and COLD! Not luke warm but cold.
To sum it up, everything was a disaster. Food orderes were swapped within the group to try and accommodate everyone so we could avoid having to send food back as our total time there was now 3 hours and we...
Read moreI had a birthday part here last week. The service was worse than that new Ghostbusters film. We waited two hours for our food to arrive, and after only thirty minutes, our waitress disappeared. It was some real Harry Potter like magic; we could NOT find her. We ended up getting our drinks from the bar and other waitresses, and eventually some of my party found a manager to ask what was up. The computer system was down and we did have a large group, but that doesn't really excuse that long of a wait. It took more time to get our food than it took for me to poop it back out again. I was there for just over four hours, and many of my guests over three.
They did end up comping the meals which was nice, but a few people's orders were still wrong. We didn't feel like waiting two more hours, so we just went with it since it was a week night. I have had other experiences here that I would rate as a three of four star, but last week sucked hard. Even if I knew the meals would be free, I wouldn't have chosen to wait that long.
I know they will blame IT for this, and that is what is disappointing the most. I called two days ahead of time to let them know I was going to have a large party. I called earlier in the day to give them a heads up. I even arrived over an hour before I told my guests to arrive, but even with all of that, they dropped the ball fast and hard. Adequate management would have solved this, and it doesn't impress me that they blamed the IT systems as we watched all the tables around us come and go twice over.
As much as I want to leave an angry review based on this one experience, I can't do that. Overall, with my several times dining here, they have earned a two star rating. I would say I wouldn't come back, but someone gave me a gift card to here, so I will at least one more time. Hopefully their performance will instill some more confidence in me. The food is worth the price, and it can be fun with friends. The trivia is nice as well, but they rest too much on the fact that they ran Hooters out of town. Hopefully they will get some more competition soon and step...
