Employees are patient and helpful. Wide selection ever changing. The stores often carry different products and at times stock is limited and not available at other stores. The draw back is the app is pretty useless, probably because of the way they buy their inventory, it makes it impossible to easily check other stores for the product you want and there is no online store to purchase and have it shipped directly to you. My one suggestion, and I say this because I've learned the hard way, if you see something you like, (especially if it's the only one) BUY IT! If it doesn’t work out they have a decent return policy. (It's always good to read the return exclusions before you buy anything.) I have kicked myself a few times because I didn't purchase something, went back to purchase the item and it was gone and no luck finding it at the other stores in town. The store is pleasant to look through, get tactile decorating ideas, find unique products and has lots of different items if you want to put together gift baskets. Read moreI went into HomeGoods on today I was in the line, and there was two registers open. I had already waited 10 minutes in the line patiently. The manager (I’m guessing) Walked up to the second register and pulled her away. It looks like the young lady on the register Tried to tell her there was someone in the line waiting, but she looked and said, “that’s only one person” But there was actually three other people behind me. She didn’t see them as I had stepped forward past the divider, as I thought I was next since the previous customer had finished their transaction with the second register. . So…. me and the three customers/people behind me waited another what seems like forever, but may have only been like seven minutes To be waited on/served. And I just want to say good customer service would have been to let the young lady on the second register get the line down.Even if it would have only been one person in the line. It’s better to have created a happy loyal customer for life instead of creating a bad customer experience for a loyal customer....
Read moreWalked in to check for one specific item. Three older female employees clustered by the front counters. Never greeted me even though they all saw me. Engrossed in a conversation that was audible & inappropriate, something to do with "younger girls having their periods and wearing thongs and what a disgusting mess that must be", and "how that's not good for their bodies". Bro. Shut up. If you have nothing better to do than gripe about someone else's underwear choice, maybe you're not taking proper initiative to do your job? Something probably needs dusting? Someone probably could be greeted when they enter the store? Displays need straightening? I've worked customer service for over 25 years, and I would NEVER have an audible conversation like that within ear shot of customers. All women old enough to know better. A terrible first impression of this location and I won't be back. Your displays/isles were a mess. But good thing you have employees solving the world's...
