Drove an hour for a special TCG event that the store had to specifically sign up for to receive. Called ahead to confirm the event was still good to go and was told yes but when I arrived at the store and was told that they did not have the kit. While the person working was not at fault he could only offer me a promo pack that they received for free. I would not be as upset but there is a way in the bandai app to put out a notification that the event is delayed, or postponed but there was nothing done or communicated. It is much more likely they banked on no one showing up and decided to use the event kit at their other location or sold the cards intended for the event instead. Outstanding shop for gamers and collectors of all ages! Excellent selection of licensed collectibles, plush toys and figures. The variety of official Pokemon plush toys and Gund Pusheen plushies was especially impressive. Great assortment of products for tabletop games like Warhammer 40K. There is a huge variety of primed (unpainted) miniatures for Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) and Pathfinder. Plenty of other D&D accessories and books. As a card game and tabletop hobbyist who had a bad experience at the Kentwood location, I came in expecting this store to be similar. Boy was I proved wrong. The first time I decided to stop by this location was phenomenal. I was welcomed into the store by everyone who was working, and they gave me their full attention whilst I asked some questions. Their knowledge and love for their job was obvious. I stopped by a few more times and each time was as joyous as the first, they have taken the time to remember my face, my name, and the hobbies I enjoy.
